Mine was from Cingular(now ATT) but i changed the firmware soft modded something. It's a pretty sweet phone now.

 

for my next phone, i want to get http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_xperia_x1-2246.php but it looks like it won't be out for a while and when it does it'll be really expensive
