2eyez Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 I usually go once every 2-4 months. I don't spend much, less than 50 dollars. Just kick back and relax with friends. I rarely get lap dances since they cost a pretty penny but table dances are just as good, only 5 dollars. I espically like the 1 dollar lap dance.
Gryph Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 I don't like strip clubs. I find them to be strange places. I went to one as a minor in New York City which was fun because I was getting away with something.
Mooney Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 Strip clubs seem like such an odd thing to me. Why pay just to watch women take off their clothes when you could hit the local bars and go all the way with a pretty girl for free? Or, if you're really antisocial, grab some porn. "Look but don't touch" just wouldn't do it for me. Then again, maybe you become more attracted to that kind of thing with age. Who knows.
2eyez Posted October 14, 2007 Author Posted October 14, 2007 The dancers that I get dances from are wild. They let me touch.
Alpha Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 I'm not really into Gentlemen's Clubs. I've been into them maybe once or twice with some buddies. I get that uncomfortable feeling when I hear Depeche Mode playing in the background and seeing girls humping polls. Mooney made a good point .. if you can get it for free, why pay for a lap dance? It seems a bit ridiculous if you ask me.
ken_cinder Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 I think 1 point of confusion here (By posters and/or topic starter) is the difference between a Gentlemen's Club and a Strip Joint. A Gentlemen's Club requires membership, has a drink minimum and usually a dress code. Only the finest women are allowed to work here, and quite often double as "escorts". Quite often as well, you must possess a certain status to obtain membership in the first place. A strip joint on the other hand, will take whatever they can get for employees, almost never has a dress code and very rarely has a drink minimum that is anything more than spoken rule. You also don't require a membership. Either way, I refuse to spend money on looking or even otherwise. I won't pay for it, ever. Never been to either, probably never will.
2eyez Posted October 14, 2007 Author Posted October 14, 2007 Picking up girls are never free. You have to buy them drinks and rent a motel. We all know sex is never free. You have to work for it.
Fatal Rose Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Last time I went to one was with a friend a little over a year ago. It was his first time, so I paid for his lap dance. There was the REALLY hot dancer there, she offered me a lap dance and I told her I only had five bucks. She said ok and we went back there and she gave me a lap dance for like 15 minutes. After that we talked the rest of the night till closing. We hung out afterwards a few times but nothing ever materialized out of it. But man she was HOT!

Anyway, you will indirectly get some "benefits" in the business world if you can influence some business decision THe best part is I WAS allowed to do this So, yeah, I am a cheapskate and will not pay for the "sessions" that i received
Chaotica Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 I went to a strip club for the first time not that long ago for a bucks night. I was honestly surprised by the patrons - I thought the place would be full of old and sleazy men. But the place consisted of youngish guys like me, who just wanted to have a drink, a laugh and a good time. I also liked the hard dance music they played. I didn't get a lap dance because I knew that, for me, it would have felt fake and artificial. This young stripper comes up to me, and she is trying to look smiley and sultry, but her eyes betrayed her - she was sad as hell to be in a place like that. I guessed she was a university student who was low on money and needed the cash to pay off her course. She practically begged me to allow her to give me a lap dance, but I said no. Honestly, I felt so sorry for her I was about to give her the $20 without the dance, and then shoo her away. Still, I found that these places aren't as seedy as I thought they would be. The drinks were cheap, too. Not sure if I would ever go back, though.

I myself have never been to one, but still.
