Yeah, don't wait for quad. You can get a good dual core AMD for less then $200 anyway. I'd say go for AMD, but I've always been an AMD/ATI fan. But, I do have experience with that CPU, as it is the one I am currently using, and I am quite happy with it.

Well.. lots of cards are better. For example, the Radeon 9800 PRO. It's a solid card. For a laptop, I'm not sure what the best card is, but I'd assume it's somewhere around a Radeon X1800 or so. I'm not really sure tho, ust a guess.

I can suggest two links: Compaq Presario 2500 Radeon IGP 345m Although I think your real problem is that your graphics card may not fit the minimum requirements for the game. Make sure you check that out. I mean, that is a fairly old card.

Thanks for the link, Dragon. And I agree, I am also a bit skeptical. Dr. Download is apparently the lone admin of pspcreative.info, but I have not ever seen a release by him other than this. The only way I will try to install this is if everyone at 1emu promises to pitch in for a new PSP for me if mine gets bricked. -
