read my post in the Xbox Modchips thread, maybe hes using the PSP as the USB Key type device?

I was talking to someone on IRC, who claimed to know something about this, and it pretty much went something like this. The first couple batches of modchips are going to be your traditional solder job, not as easy as soldering an xbox chip though becase theres no little plug-type-place like they had on xbox that allowed quick programming of the xboxes in the factory, but anyway, Sooner or later, Xbox360 modchips may just be like a USB key because something about things on USB being able to do things without the processor knowing, and running before anything else did, like it would be some small thing you still have to put in your xbox, but the chip would be a USB key and any idiot could do it. He could be full of crap but i dunno, i remember reading something similar about using a USB key type device like that to keep private what your doing on your computer/hack into them.

Okay so i have an unmodded Xbox, and the useless MS Dash just says I have 50,000+ Blocks left, Is there any way i can calculate how many blocks are actually remaining? I have 192083 Blocks used, And if i remember right, a Block is 16KB Which means 3073328KB Which is about 3001MB So does that mean i have about 3 out of 8GB used? I have the 1.5 Xbox so is it 3 out of 10GB Used? But i remember the XBox only really used 8? and like only 5 was availible for saves or something like that? So is it really 3 out of 5GB used? Leaving me with 2GB?

Being obsessed with RE, i bought the collectors edition of it for GC and told myself id by the PS2 one also because i already knew about it. But i havent gotten it yet, waiting for special editions!!! (probably wont be one so ill prolly get it sometime after christmas)

LOL @ that Teh thing with PSP and Xbox360 is there arent too many exciting looking games yet, but i know there will be eventually.

yeah see i want all 3 really badly in this order, PS3>xbox360>PSP, but with them all being released/impossible to get at certain times its difficult to decide, i KNOW im going to get all 3 eventually, im just trying to see what people think is better because the people here tend to know what their talking about, and alot of them actually own Xbox360s and PSPs at least already which i dont so whatever i think could be crap. okay so I REALLY want an XBox 360, but i also REALLY want a PSP, but its pretty much impossible to get an Xbox360, and yes i even tried camping out at best buy, and STILL didnt get one...retarded... So should i just get the PSP now? or wait for Xbox 360? But the other thing is, I want a PS3 more than both of them, so should i just wait really long to get that? When is it supposed to come out anyway? I might be able to get an Xbox360 or a PSP and be able to have enough money for PS3 too by the time it comes out. Especially if i go with the cheaper PSP (cheaper meaning less than Xbox 360, not the cheap bundle...ewww)

How much RAM do you have? Your system looks pretty good to me. Id upgrade to a DVD or at least CD burner though, but that doesnt really have anything to do with games running (cept for the fact that alot of games are released on DVD now, so maybe at least a DVD reader?)

google for the program rasspy.exe Make a shortcut to aol, and add the parameters to run rasspy.exe with aol (i think you just type -rasspy.exe if you place the exe in the aol directory, i dont remember offhand, someone help me out here) Now run aol, and dial onto the internet, rasspy will show up with your real username/password/number, Enter this info into the built in windows dialer. Bingo, you can now use the windows dialer and uninstall aol. yay, this works for every ISP like that (juno, netzero, etc)

I just hope whenever comedy central decides to stop being retarded and broadcast season 3, it brings him back up

well i seem to disagree with everyone, I actually enjoy the new family guy eps (they arent AS good, but they are still good) and ive always hated futurama because it bored the hell out of me...like the simpsons...its just not funny to me. speaking of funny, The unrated version of the 40 Year Old Virgin is extremley funny, or maybe that was because i was...not entirely there...when i watched it, if you know what i mean...

yeah, alot of the games where just like rush job OMG ITS IN COLOR PLAY IT!!! games, but i still like it better than GBA which is almost pure crappy SNES ports.

well i posted this more out of amusement than taking it seriously

i just installed that on my laptop which i use to route wireless to a router which routes to Xbox/PS2/etc so how do i turn all that stuff off so it doesnt waste bandwidth? (this laptop is slow enough already, its a 500MHz Dell Inspiron 3800 with an 8MB ATi RAGE Mobility and 128MB of RAM, WinXP Home) I should definatly install Linux on it.

Yeah Vib-Ribbon is good stuff!!, I like how you can use your own CDs (if i remember right) That should be put into Rez 2 if they ever make it (probably not) And viewtiful Joe IS pretty cool, but there are so many of those now they are killing it, i still like the first one best

and if your downloading music from kazaa or something equally crappy, you get blank tracks alot When you adjust the volume does it make the little ding noise?
