I have 9.04 1-alpha, and when the xbox isn't hooked up to the internet it takes longer to start up. After the splash screen it goes to a black screen and a loading icon pops up in the top right corner (I guess it is searching for an internet source). Is there a way to stop this from happening? Thanks!

Interesting question, I'm curious as to what the others have to say. I used AID 4.5 to install my XBMC, which I believe to be the most recent.

I have issues listening to mp3s at 320kbps too. I use my PS3 for HD streaming.

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone has ever ripped Geometry Wars from PGR2? It seems doable, and I'd rather not have to boot up PGR2 just to play geometry wars. Thanks.

I realized that it works much better just to look at what WAD is being used, then download it on the internet and upload it to the xbox. Instead of waiting for it to download through the server.

Awesome. This is far better than any doom player for the xbox. I had a question about playing online. I try to connect to a server, and it takes forever. It says it is downloading the wad, but when it is done it launches Doom II the single player game. Is there something I need to do differently? Thanks!

This is awesome. I think it would be cool to have characters from all of the different consoles you will be sporting via emu (Mario, Sonic, MegaMan, Ryu, PacMan, etc.). Keep up the good work. Make sure to post pics of the final product.

i am assuming you are playing them from a dvdr,if so then copy the iso image onto your pc hdd and then use qwix 101 to extract the iso.then once you have just the game folder,rebiuld the iso with a qwix and burn to dvdr again. also use dvd decryptor or img burn to burn the iso to dvdr and burn at the slowest speed setting. I'm playing it off of my hard drive. Maybe just a bad rip by someone?

I got a few games from UG (Serious Sam and State of Emergency) and I'm having trouble getting them to work. State of emergency works until I try to load the game, the loading bar almost makes it all the way across the screen and then it just stops. Any ideas? Thanks

I think it would be awesome to re-do the GUI - and by hitting left or right you can switch b/w consoles, and maybe you could have one screen just be every rom on the xbox hdd. It would be really cool to be able to switch b/w the consoles - and also have all of the xtras stuff incorporated. Just a thought. Keep up the good work.

Does anyone have a video of these multi-emulators running? I'm just curious if it is worth it? Also can you have several different rom folders/artwork/video folders? Just asking, b/c I'd like to keep my current folder organization. Thanks!

I just got the iphone 4 and I wanted to test out the HD camcorder aspect of it. So I made an XBMC preview w/ some of the ResX stuff in it. As you can see the iphone camera has an autofocus/exposure feature that you can't turn off. Hopefully I'll have the option to do that w/ future updates.
