Nothing can make me excited about this game, no matter how much hype they try to stir. I think I'm more excited about the arcade perfect version of SF:3S coming next month than this.

It's always been called Rurouni Kenshin. The DVD series of the show is titled "Rurouni Kenshin", even here in the states. The only ones that are labeled as "Samurai X" are the OVAs that were released for the states. The reason for this bastardization of the title is due to some BS company ownership thing over the title -- the company releasing the series under "Rurouni Kenshin" is different from those that released the "Samurai X" OVAs, hence they had to change it to another title despite being the same series. Also, Kenshin was never a samurai -- he was an assassin. The pure stupidity of that title pisses me off; and I hate it when people in the states get confused over the title because some company had to alter the original title due to copyright issues. Further, if you're really interested in seeing Kenshin in its original story and intention by its creator, you should look into the manga created by Nobuhiro Watsuki. The TV series after the Kyoto Arc featuring Shishio is crap because the producers did their own story apart from the creator of the manga. The OVAs are crap (especially the one titled "Remembrance" or some crap like that) because much of it has been edited and altered from the origianal manga -- Kenshin apparently dies from STDs for god's sake! What kinda crap is that?! Sorry for the rant, but being a fan of the series, I had to staighten out some confusion. Anyway, I'd also check out Berserk -- it's one of my favorites.

So, I hear the 3S sprites were bastardized in this game? In other words, it's not as smooth as it was in 3S, but choppy with missing frames?

Yeah, that girl "Punky" (lol) and "frag-o-matic 500" look pretty hot. But what's going on with that "Warhammer" dude?

I'm not familiar with your system Random, but I got 3 A and 1 C. Yeah, so my 4.0 dropped unfortunately. But I did just complete summer school, and I'm certain I got a high grade, so my GPA should be going back up. Congrats to all who've studied hard; and I think we all earned a much deserved rest.

The last time I checked, Daigo was using Slayer! (I hear he's finally seen the light and moved on to Slayer -- smart move.) Hmmm... I play K groove so no roll cancels here. But the guys at my arcade tend to use A groove (plenty of roll cancel action there). And of course, how can I forget: Shoshoshoshoshosho!!! Yeah, it'd be cool if we could all have a gathering.

Oh yeah. I'm sure that my team of Roll, Dan, and Jin would be able to take down the top tiers (Magneto, Cable, Sent., Storm) after practice. Of course tiers don't exist. Tiers? WTF is that?! In MvC2 more than any other fighting game, we all know this is a well-balanced game, and after enough dedication and practice ANYONE can be good. Tiers don't exist people. Especially not in MvC2 -- I thought we all knew that?!

Who knows... but I do know that *every* forum thread I visit with the topic on Spiderman 2, it's always Venom that gets the mention, from 4 year old boys to 70 year old grandpas. Just get rid of Kirsten Dunst and the film quality will rise tenfold.

Screw Duckman. You want funny? You can't go wrong with Captain Planet -- that show is so lame, it's hilarious. They show it like 3 in morning here and I stay up just to watch this masterpiece.

I guess you haven't played 3S... that's one of his supers (it doesn't matter which Super Art you pick; he can do it in all three).

I checked with some online comic geeks, and well, it seems Harry Osborne is referred to as "Green Goblin" just like his father. Carrying on the legacy... Fu*ck that's gonna suck!! Finally came back from watching this, and from the looks of it, it seems Hobgoblin will definitely be in the next film -- remember the hidden room with those rows of bombs, the goblin glider, and the mask? Yeah. Oh well, maybe it won't be too bad. Who knows, they might have Hobgoblin and the Lizard (though he's lame) in the next film. Remember the professor with the one arm? Yeah, I'm sure some of you already know that he later becomes "the Lizard." LOL

There's a sick Buri player who play around the local arcade here. All those damn lockdown crap, and the Bicycle Roger super (or whatever it's called) into mixups can be a tough one to get out at times. Anyway, enough talk -- just watch videos; there's a crapload of stuff to learn from them, and you should visit gamecombos if you happen to want to learn the game, terminologies, whatever.

Yeah, you heard right: Eddie and Faust are top tier. Eddie can get free damage after a knockdown with his unblockables, and Faust just has excellent normals, range, and crazy mix-ups using his glitch. If you're curious just watch some Japanese match vids. Yes, it sucks just like MvC2. I sometimes wonder if they've been influence by MvC2 when they thought up the idea for Isuka. Idiots...

I don't wear sneakers, and I can't understand when some people would pay $100+ for them; they certaintly don't LOOK good nor are they cheap (though there are cheap ones). So I just wear boots or designer type shoes, but I don't pay hundreds for them. Just usually around 35 - 45 dollar range; and boots tend to last longer and it's not too hard to keep them in decent condition. Yeah, sometimes I go to pay-less or whatever "cheap" stores and I can usually leave the store happy. I can spend around $ 35 - 40 and those boots normally last me 3 - 4 years average -- in decent condition too.

Jin that was in MvC is originally from Cyberbots -- and he's far cooler than Jin from Tekken. The exploding clothes...his taunt... guy's made for comedy.

64 MB of RAM... the one huge weakness for my PC. I don't even know how to add more of that crap. I'd probably take it apart and electrocute myself or something. LOL

Honestly, I don't really have a particular favorite villian from the Spiderman universe -- maybe Carnage, but still... the villians seem a bit bland at times. I think the X-men world has the best villians in terms of originality, though the Spiderman movies seem better made.

Yep, though not for the same reason here. I've been staying up to four in the morning this entire week reading novels and writing papers. I'm having too much fun this summer. Somebody stop me.

Well, what do you think? I don't she's had plastic surgery since, so, yeah, she looks the same -- ugly as hell, that is. But of course, if she looked hot to you back then, she'll probably still be hot.

Green Goblin's cheezy dialogues really got to me. "Wweee'lll meeet again, Spiider Maann!" hahahahhahha!!! lame.
