If the guy you hit and his lawyers say that you hit him because you swerved out the way, they'll probably tell you that you should have had the proper distance, what they call cushion space, between you and the car infront of you.

From a legal and insurance stand point, yes you are at fault. Like if a car breaks suddenly and you do too and you rear end that car, then you are at fault. That happened to my sister once.

I played GTAIII, had fun for it for a while and then got completely bored of it. Because of that I didn't feel like getting the rest since they each of the sequels boil down to that kind of gameplay.

Try this, I don't know if it will do anything but it's worth a shot. Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Power Options -> Hibernate tab -> Uncheck Enable Hibernate. Doing that might open up Stand by.

Unless you have a 5.1 or 7.1 speaker set up I don't think you'll notice that much of a difference. And you don't really play PC games either so I don't see the point in getting an uber cool card. I have a Soundblaster Live! Platinum and I don't think I'll be changing it anytime soon.

Both. SpikeTV is almost as bad as MTV.

I don't dislike UT2K4 at all, it's quite fun and has some nice additions. I just think the original one is still the most fun, a lot of people do. I tried the classic UT mod and it was ok but I don't recall it having the classic sniper rifle which I love. Also, the main reason I love the original UT is for the Unrea4Ever mod for that version. Unrea4Ever for UT2k4 blows goats. You can say I am very picky about games. There's just something about the original UT which just made it so...good.

I have UT2K4. I want the original.

I lent the first CD to a friend and never got it back. I just have that useless second disk. But the original UT is still my favorite. I'll see if I can find it in a bargain bin.
