I hope you are using Kawaks Loader or Nebula Loader (now known as Nebula Unlocker). Also remember that your DAT entries (NEOGEO.DAT for Nebula and ASR.DAT for Kawaks) must match the sets you are using, otherwise the Loaders won't detect the sets.

Log into a hub, and click on the magnifying glass. type in your search term (you can also specify a file extension after the initial search word). Press enter and possible matches should start coming up. Double click a file to put the file in your queue (and start ownloading), or right click on a file and select 'Get Filelist' to get that person's filelist. Etc etc etc. There are a whole lot of things to do in DC++.

That depends on what you would define by "decent." The videos the PCSX2 team released for FFX and Tekken 4 look almost decent to me. Yes, they look decent, but I doubt they'll play at at full speed. If an emulator can't do 60/60 or 50/50 on a powerful PC, then it isn't decent for some people.
