  1. so how about actual xbox retai; games have you tried any yet?? just curious more than anything and also how long did it take you to recieve the xbox from trusty,as in from the day you ordered it to the day you recieved it.
  2. simple question,whats the best streetfighter 2 hack out there??as there are tonnes and also what other hacks do people recommend trying arcade or console,post them. this is my fave hack,ultimate mortal kombat trilogy for the megadrive. plays great on neogenesis.

  4. resurrestion +1 for the neogenseis emulator trouble shooter aka battle squadron in the west. battle squadron2,never got released outside of japan. and finally an xbox game called wreckless double steal2(not sure of this actually got released)
  5. none would be the answer because if you take a look at maws. http://maws.mameworld.info/maws/ it will tell you that the game was first added in mame 0.89 and mame on xbox is currently at 0.84 but obviously it has had a lot of new gms added thanks to iq132. so its no for now me thinks.

  10. i tried cps2 emulation on psp a few years back even then it was pretty much full speed,did you know there is a fba release on psp??
  11. e roe from what i can recall some of the wii emus are updates of existing gamecube emulators such as the snes emu,but they do use the newest cores unlike the xbox emus which are a older cores but still do the job just fine. i know that mame on wii does not run most of the games the xbox version of mame does,but mame on wii is still getting worked on and will improve.the advantage for us xbox users when it comes to arcade emulation is the fact that we can use VMM for the bigger arcade roms for example neogeo. but then again there is a neogeo emu on ds which runs pretty much full speed...how the hell they accomplished that i do not know. the main advantage we have with emulation on xbox is with playing games in hd,which obviously the wii cannot.

  13. i do think that we wont see saturn,ps2 and wii on 360 mainly becasue of the reason i stated early,a jtaged 360 is only available to a small portion of the emulation scene. dont get to optimistic that is what i am saying,it would be good to see but i just cant see it,prove me wrong though.

Hmmm. hmmm+1 yeah the 360 seems to be the way to go now but i am starting to think about getting a wii,mainly for the first party nintendo titles and sin and punishment 2 and tatsuk(whatever its called)vs capcom. the wii seems really easy to mod hell its just a gamesave exploit,but we will see,still keeping my fingers crossed that the jtag exploit becomes more accesible for newer dashboards.
  16. well the 360 can emulate an original xbox,so a wii and ps2 is not out of the question you never know.
  17. it is actaully surprising just seeing a ds emu on the psp at all to be honest,will it happen on xbox no of course it wont but we can still speculate.
  18. i am not sure if it is going to explode as much as the xbox scene originally did becasue back then anyone could mod a xbox,but with the jtagged 360 you have to have a dashboard from before the july 2009 update so a lot of people are limited to homebrew access. i still think somewhere down the line this will be fixed though. all i want on 360 is region free gaming for all those great japanese shmups,i did get mushi futari and espgalauda 2 as they got region free releases. if you have a jtagged 360 then obviously you get region free gaming already.
  19. oddly enough there is also a ds emulator for the psp based off the original source that the wii version is based off. surprised that they would release a ds emu on psp,considering the size of the processer.
  20. link via xbox scene. http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=712088 normally i would post this in the 360 forum but that place is pretty much dead and seeing as a lot of people here in the xbox forum have a lot of interest in fba it makes more sense to post here. it seems like they have cps1,cps2,neogeo,taito running at 60fps in1080i,they have done well to accomplish that and it is still in a wip stage. the guys behind this are lantus and i think kev......these are the guys who did the original port of fba on the xbox way back when(2003/2004). fba on xbox was originally called final burnx but it did not have the sega games it was a cps1,cps2,toaplan and raizing emu.then neogeo was added and it became final burn alpha xxx. so good to see them back in the console emulation scene again..... has anyone got a jtagged 360 in this forum??
  21. Will we be able to add console games to showroom ourselves? We can add them into coinops X as the guys have done all the work to make em play, you just need to rename the rom to how it looks in the txt file, I added steven segal the final option... its awesome ! Struggling on one thing though.... how do I take a screen shot of snes, megadrive, GB, and other games? thanks well you cant take screenshots of console or handeld games just the the mame stuff unfortunately,different cores you see. apart from the screenshots that are provided in downlaod links i gave you for the console and handheld stuff.i noticed that zsnexbox takes screenshots in .png format so for snes games you could take a screenshot of the same game and then rename it to the match coinops snes romname and then move it to your screenshots folder in coinops as coinops uses .png format for screenshots as well. not sure about the xport stuff though.you could try it anyway with neogenesis to see if it will work.

  24. thought i would start this thread up for people who might not know about some of the games for xbox that never saw the light of day. the red star. this is a great beatemup/run and gun style game,bloody shame this never got a release. ATV3 lawless. this is a pretty good quad racer. of course there is also rent a hero 2. anymore unreleased games you guys know about??
  25. it would be possible to get a ds emu running on xbox but i dont think we would get one running full speed,but i would presume a playable speed is defiently possible. would love to play contra 4 and ketsui ds on the xbox.
