The 1200 games made me think I am not up to date since my main menu says 1010. I do have the games you mentioned though... thats because after the coinops final-ind releae,bp took some roms out so that when he released coinops gold it would fit on a dvd. if you want to see which roms were removed just go to the spreadsheet and click on one of the options.then you can just download whichever roms you are missing.

you are up to date that is how much roms were released with coinops gold.even if you go and download the whole package again when a new version is released its still going to be the same roms you are downloading apart from a couple of new additions. if you have revenge of shinobi,fixeight,super thunderblade......then you are up to date so if you have those just wait until the ignite standalone comes out and download the single roms. so far these are new roms i know of that have been added to ignite. streetfighter1 raiden fighter2(2000) the crystal of kings hyper streetfighter2 anniversary oh yeah and I Nameless I you dont have to overwrite any of the emulators to get coinops gold to work.just use the standalone like i originally told you and all you had to do was put the screenshots and roms in the coinops gold standalone.you went through all of that when it was not needed ...oh well each to their own.

if you have mamedox plat2 and the arcades patch along with coinops gold. then just keep the roms and screenshots of arcades and plat2.then put them in the coinops gold standalone folder.then you are good to go. use coinops gold as its the newest version of mame. edit/there was also a coinops second quarter patch so if you have mame plat2,arcades patch and the second quarter patch then you are pretty much covered for the roms.it comes to about 970 roms.

strider 2 on pcsxbox again and a lot of fifa09 on the 360(i love playing the old firm games.)

i downloaded the new dash last week but i prefer the old blades. is there an option in the settings to revert back to the blades dash or am i just stuck with this one?

neogeo is emulated so well on pc and console that really i wouldnt see the point in getting one,espcially the price you have to pay for games.hell even the ds can emulate neogeo.

i just checked some of the links just now and you can still download from them.

kenshiro already knows about this. the problems i found were that the pgm games killing blade,knights of valour and oriental legend crashed the xbox,just hung at a black screen.the same with shadow force. foe svc try a clone,svc super plus for example.

did you download coinops final ind by any chance?

ive got the 2player and 4 player versions sitting in my hdd of turtles and the simpsons.if they dont show up when you try it then i suggest you leave the roms in and do a clean install of the emulator. edit to add/i am sure that the 2 player versions are the parent roms and you need them in order to play the 4 player versions.

put the games you deleted back in so you have the 2player and 4 player versions.

NBA Hangtime is a Midway game which is known to struggle, along with the likes of Mortal Kombat. The only solution at the minute is to disable sound. Does the 2-player version perform any better? Check out the spreadsheet here for information/issues with games. You know what? Now that I think about it, when I first got Coinops Gold, there was an icon in the corner of NBA Hangtime on the game select screen indicating that it had sound disabled, and now it's missing. Maybe disabling the sound will fix this... I just went and checked and sure enough, NBA Jam, NBA Jam TE, and all the Mortal Kombat games no longer have the icon to show no sound, so the sound is probably enabled. How do you manually disable the sound? the sound in these games are off anyway you cant switch them back on.whatever you did to your ingame settings i suggest you delete your gamesave and do a fresh install of the gamesave.

im geussing you havethe hd cablesfor xbox do you? if so you have to set your xbox dash to 720p.

dont think the xbox has the horsepower for that would like to be proved wrong though.

I'm testing blue balls rev 1.2 (21 Nov 2008) but it still doesn't recognize GUWANGE by Cave. Yeah lol, i'm working on it atm i see there is some screen tearing with legend of silkroad on the second level kenshiro.

i would go with a 120gb hdd,with the new dash you can burn your games to the hdd.decreased loading times and apparently some games are supposed to look slightly sharper. you should maybe checkout the orange box as well,gotta love that portal.

just put the 2 player version of the rom in i geuss.

quick tip stick to the parent roms,i find even older versions of the parent roms for cps1and2 works fine with the fba updates. kenshiro liking these updates keep up the good work.
