has anyone got sapphire to work on medanafenx-pce? everytine i try and load it i just get a loading screen and it crashes.has anyone had anymore luck than i have had to get this to load. heres a vid of the game. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=G39MQSo0mJk&...feature=related

dont most ps1 emus prefer an image file instead of an iso,like bin/cue,ccd/img.......i know this is what pcsxbox19(ps1 emu for xbox) plays best.

For now I would just run the roms with Arcades as the new CoinOPS release won't be too far off, it's up to you. If you haven't tried MameOx128Plus then you could give that a go. It supports more features than CoinOPS, like autofire, as well as others. I'm not saying it's better than CoinOPS per se, just it can interoperate with CoinOPS anyway so it wouldn't do any harm to have it there. CPS3 emu CPX3 v1.1 is the way to go. i totally agree either use arcades or mameox128plus as you can turn vmm on and off manually with those biulds and you cant with coinops.so yeah use arcades.you want need to run them through a rom manager.they will play as is. edit/i used to run the baed roms with mameox128 and never had any problems.

dont waste your time downloading all of that,there will loads of roms there that arent compatible and dont work. if you have coinops romset and you want more roms then seek out baed3a.you can use the roms from there as they are based on mame0.84.

There is no sum check on this rom its start instantly (after a minute of wait) - also you need to have sound emulation on or it wont start from Riden Fighter Jet logo you need mameox128plus(20060505). it runs off the us raiden fighters jet single board rom but you also need the parent rom for it to run.it will come up saying there is some missing files just leave it and it will run.

it should be an option called removed roms or something like that. note/some roms were removed because of some issues but they are very playable.

The 1200 games made me think I am not up to date since my main menu says 1010. I do have the games you mentioned though... thats because after the coinops final-ind releae,bp took some roms out so that when he released coinops gold it would fit on a dvd. if you want to see which roms were removed just go to the spreadsheet and click on one of the options.then you can just download whichever roms you are missing.

you are up to date that is how much roms were released with coinops gold.even if you go and download the whole package again when a new version is released its still going to be the same roms you are downloading apart from a couple of new additions. if you have revenge of shinobi,fixeight,super thunderblade......then you are up to date so if you have those just wait until the ignite standalone comes out and download the single roms. so far these are new roms i know of that have been added to ignite. streetfighter1 raiden fighter2(2000) the crystal of kings hyper streetfighter2 anniversary oh yeah and I Nameless I you dont have to overwrite any of the emulators to get coinops gold to work.just use the standalone like i originally told you and all you had to do was put the screenshots and roms in the coinops gold standalone.you went through all of that when it was not needed ...oh well each to their own.

if you have mamedox plat2 and the arcades patch along with coinops gold. then just keep the roms and screenshots of arcades and plat2.then put them in the coinops gold standalone folder.then you are good to go. use coinops gold as its the newest version of mame. edit/there was also a coinops second quarter patch so if you have mame plat2,arcades patch and the second quarter patch then you are pretty much covered for the roms.it comes to about 970 roms.

strider 2 on pcsxbox again and a lot of fifa09 on the 360(i love playing the old firm games.)

i downloaded the new dash last week but i prefer the old blades. is there an option in the settings to revert back to the blades dash or am i just stuck with this one?

neogeo is emulated so well on pc and console that really i wouldnt see the point in getting one,espcially the price you have to pay for games.hell even the ds can emulate neogeo.

i just checked some of the links just now and you can still download from them.

kenshiro already knows about this. the problems i found were that the pgm games killing blade,knights of valour and oriental legend crashed the xbox,just hung at a black screen.the same with shadow force. foe svc try a clone,svc super plus for example.

did you download coinops final ind by any chance?

ive got the 2player and 4 player versions sitting in my hdd of turtles and the simpsons.if they dont show up when you try it then i suggest you leave the roms in and do a clean install of the emulator. edit to add/i am sure that the 2 player versions are the parent roms and you need them in order to play the 4 player versions.

put the games you deleted back in so you have the 2player and 4 player versions.
