FBA-XXX Pro 1.29 Beta (aka project "Blue Balls")

Please may anyone tell me how must be named the uni-bios 23? uni-bios.rom or uni-bios.23?

I want to add it to neogeo.zip.

The dat file included in the beta package i have doesn't recognize that uni-bios but i red that the last beta revision 1.0 supports it. Is it correct?

you have to change the name to uni-bios.rom.

720p is better than 1080i, so choose 2. If you do get the small screen in the top corner then simply adjust the screen size via the options menu. Also, if you are going to change screen resolution, it is safest to do it while you are playing a game to prevent it from crashing.

 

I did what do u told me but there are skin graphical-issues....the text and the background images are "staggered". Perhaps do i need specific HD-skins?

normally i dont make my skins for 720p because i find that 480p runs so much smother and crashes less. also consider the hardware filter running at 720p .Skins can be made hi def and fbaxxx is easily skinnable.

How can i put right the displacement between backgrounds and text?

did you try turning off all filters?

with no filters at 720p its crystal i usually dont mess with the filter options outside of 480p. heh ive been away for awhile.

 

remember kenshiro said he was moving into a new loft and wouldnt have a internet connect for awhile

 

@cospefogo try hex editing it if it breaks the emu then restore the xbe with a backup. it cant hurt to try. i will eventually when i get around to it if i end up hex editing before you get to ill post the result.

 

@chr0m im sooooo lazy right but to fix the text on 720p you would need to plot the co-ordinates of the text to reflect the higher resolution.

Is it possible to get PMed for the Link for FBAXXX 1.29? Ive been using +T+'s FBAXXX Pro for some time and ive been wanting to try 720p mode for some time now along witha few other things. BTW does this verison have a full cheat list inside? thanks!

Hi blue ballers,

 

I send few minutes ago an email to all testers, with two links to download the build. That's mostly the same as before, but with Neogeo stuff which matched FBA 0.2.96.99 (new bios and changes in bootleg sets).

 

I'm currently fixing some games, probably i will send a new build tomorrow! Have fun!

 

PS: cheats and moves in the .rar (the moves which are available since ages and some writen by Garcimak).

 

Edit: do you play Fear Combat guys? that's would be fun to play together (i'm mostly a crap in it lol)
