Me being a hardcore comic book nerd I really do not like this take on the Joker in the upcoming Batman movie.

This is how the Joker should look...

The Joker needs to be a sophisticated madman. Whether a thug on the streets or a big crime boss, he has never been this druggo-looking deadbeat.

 

I always thought Ledger was a bad choice but that the art design would pick up the slack... guess not.

That Joker looks horrible, I am used to the one in the 60's Batman and Robin TV series.

 

Also, the Batcomputer could do with an update. It's an antique.

I disagree. I think Heath Ledger will make a great Joker. The Joker is a character who has been protrayed differently many times so it's cool that different actors, writers, artists create different types of the character.

thats not the greatest pic I've seen of the new joker. some look great. sometimes Joker is suave and others he is totally unhinged. so it could go either way.

This one was a confirmed hoax from way back. It did the rounds before any real pics of the Joker were available (before Ledger was definitely cast). Someone mocked this up to show what he could look like.

I saw a site a few days ago that had 6 or 7 full body shots and they looked good . also a shot of the new batsuit. unfortunately I can't find that link the batsuit looked a bit over done IMO.

Some of the other Joker pictures I've seen reminds me of the Smiley's on Manhunt... l mean, I could picture him acting like them, no resemblance or anything like that (and not the babbling). Hopefully they make him scary or something.
