Seriously now. :( The best way to deal with depression or anxiety or what have you is to talk about it. Go through a problem solving process, figure out what's causing the problem, and alter or remove the problem.

 

Or drugs. Drugs are good, too.

Yes, good point. You really have to be seeking help and be willing to work with people for that to work.

I usually use games, music, or taking a break to relieve some of the stress. Otherwise, I just deal with the problem until it's over (usually from a essay or studying). Plus, venting to someone or something usually helps.

the dumbest thing to do is to take drugs

personally i'll:

 

play games

go out with friends

play some sports (or just jump up and down for a while)

sleep.

Depression isn't always a thing of constant sadness, apathy, etc. It can also be a chemical imbalance.
