DropDeadEd Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Maybe fraternizing with women is a good reliever also.
OverlordMondo Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Seriously now. The best way to deal with depression or anxiety or what have you is to talk about it. Go through a problem solving process, figure out what's causing the problem, and alter or remove the problem. Or drugs. Drugs are good, too.
OverlordMondo Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Yes, good point. You really have to be seeking help and be willing to work with people for that to work. So drugs. Drugs are good.
Diso Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 I usually use games, music, or taking a break to relieve some of the stress. Otherwise, I just deal with the problem until it's over (usually from a essay or studying). Plus, venting to someone or something usually helps.
DropDeadEd Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 I'm too uncaring to be affected by stress for a long time.
DropDeadEd Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Sleeping in a car on a cold day is way good stress reliever
Elazul Yagami Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 the dumbest thing to do is to take drugspersonally i'll: play gamesgo out with friendsplay some sports (or just jump up and down for a while)sleep.
DropDeadEd Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Drugs are ok. Nyquil is a good way to keep healthy and get to sleep
Weirdy Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Depression isn't always a thing of constant sadness, apathy, etc. It can also be a chemical imbalance.
DropDeadEd Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Prozac for all. But in most cases they are imbalances
