I'm going to try and stop this before it goes off topic....

 

I once saw a video of a man getting tricked by his "best friend" like that. He went through about 5 life changes, all of which his parent's though of him as a pervert. Every time he was about to try and comit suicide his parent's cought him attempting it, unfourtinitly he usualy was half naked so his mom thought he was masterbating.

At the end when he finaly got his life back on track (by working on a construction site) he saw a boulder going for a wall they where about to demolish, guess he was still broken because he decided to stand in front of the wall as the gaint ball slaped him in the face to death.

 

Yup, I'm sure most of you have seen this, since I got the link from a random forum....

I doubt this is going to really stop anyone from doing it because I don't think anyone is really serious enough to report someone for linking them to goatse or tubgirl or whatever sick crap is out there on the internet. Anyways, at least it's out there showing a bit of a moral standard. I don't see the big deal anyways.

i aggree with the opposing side. Besides the fact that goatse pranks are for people with no lives, freedom of speech has nothingn to do with this. Its like if youre a black male smoking and selling crack and the cops catch you, then u decide to say that "its because im black" NO. its bacause u got caught. No dork, it says "no more than 10 years" in other words, thats the max possible sentence, you can get less, and as far as the going to prison part, it's in a way considered "indecency with a child" so there actually is a real crime and can and usually does end up with jail time. How would you feel if some guy gave a link to your son that showed a mans anus? How did you feel when you first saw goatse? How do you know your kid will react the same? No one likes seeing another man's anus unless you're gay, and the only gay guys here is this one guy who hasnt been on the fourm over a year and k'dash.

When did I say 10 years was the min.? Do you really want to know how I feel about a child seeing that? I believe that they should see sh!t like that as a child, I'll be able to explain to him/her what it is, and they'll get over it fast as well. Also, there are adult filters for that...

 

Also, you shouldn't even have to go to prison for 1 minute, it's not something tragic ffs. It's a anus, everyone has one, get over it, or you'll become a stuck up ass hole like the people that support this law.
