The daily show made a funny on the entire situation by saying the reason the mexican government did that was to get a equal amount of people coming in and out of the state. They can go down there if they want and get w/e. I should watch the daily show more often. I don't really see any big pothead exodus to mexico happening. It's the harder drugs that will be the issue. Tijuana just got that much more seedy.
