IMO, thinking of people on the internet as "foreigners," is a bit strange. They really haven't gone anywhere, they might be in their home-countries, but they browse/chat on places that are hosted in the U.S. Does it still count?

well i need to improve my Chinese and English. when i have more time to pick up a new language it'll be Japanese and then Spanish since so many people speak it
