He's helped us tremendously with the DreamCast section and many people will wonder why it took me so long to make him a moderator. Let's just say 2-3 years ago, he wasn't as mature as he is now which is acceptable since it takes time. Anyways, he will be moderating the DreamCast forum (of course) and NES/SNES, Sega Genesis, as well as the Playstation forum. Shiba has proved to be very knowledgable with the DreamCast and even has his site hosted here on 1Emulation. You can check it out here! Please congratulate him via PM or reply here in this thread.
