Well it took me a while for such an easy thing to do, but finally the IRC page is up! This will give you all the information you need to enjoy our IRC channel and others you may go to. Have fun, you can find the link to it at the top of your screen and also on the main page.

1> Nice pointers to get people started

2> Need a bit more support from regulars as far as actually using the channel. It doesn't take any effort to just idle in the channel.

No I mean like actually being present in the channel to make it worthwhile. A handful of users doesn't make for much of anything. Hell, if IRC kept post counts then I know that more people would use it.

If Your Trying To Say That You Want To Serv Files, Forget It Gc Doesnt Allow It. And There Pretty Much Nothing You Can Do Except Go To Other Channels And Get On Queues And Wait ForFiles To DL. If You Dont Do That, Just Think IRC As A Older But Better Aim.

You are not allowed to use fserv in our channel or any file sharing plugins.

If we find you with it, especially sharing illegal files, we will ban you from the channel.

I have enough roms to last me from now to doomsday. I was merely trying to convey the point that the IRC channel should be frequented by more board regulars to make it worthwhile. Having 10 people in the channel doesn't make for much of an atmosphere.

But what can be done to promote the IRC channel? I assume that if you bothered to make the IRC info page then you mean more members to use #1emu?
