Let's start from the beginning. The US has a huge and expensive armed services that is sitting around doing nothing. The arabs hold the world (mostly the US) hostage to oil prices because they have it and the US doesn't. So, Bush's backers (oil companies in this case) whisper in his ear, you can fix the oil price situation by grabbing Iraq, the country with the biggest oil reserves. America is saved, and we will all be even richer, mwuhahaha! Oh, and we'll share our good fortune with you George. How that sound? George says, that is a wonderful idea, I'll get right on it. The military advisors say, no probs, we can spin this yarn about WMD's and the country is a pushover. Who would dare defy us? We already own the media, and the U.N. is toothless. So, George says to his friends, Tony Blair and John Howard, if you join in you can have some of this cheap oil too! And they enthusiastically signed up. So they invade, no WMD's to be found (they already knew there wasn't any), and attempt to take control. But, Syrians and others are outraged, and create a diabolical plan to remove the invaders. It is a simple plan: kill anyone and create so much outrage that eventually America and its idiotic arselickers must be forced by public pressure to leave. But no, George has been ordered by his masters to perform or else. So he digs in, hoping he can outlast the religiously-inspired opposition. Mr Howard said the other day he would not pull out Australian troops because he didn't want to hurt American prestige and power! What a crawling scum bastard! This is where we are at now. Should the troops stay or go? They should never have gone there, and would not, except for the evil dreams of greedy men. Thus the killing and terrorism in that poor nation would not have happened.

I have NeorageX (both legal and hacked versions) on my XP machine and it runs fine. I find the sound quality is better than MAME. The hacked versions crash totally when they encounter a MGD2 set though.

Same here. I spend all day at work doing helpdesk stuff, and building pc's and so on. Then at home, working on misfitmame, and reading the forums especially this one.

I prefer maximum speed and minimum overhead, and no restrictions on what i can do on MY computer. Vista phails.

Maybe he means activation keys. When I got my XP computer, I rang up, read the number to them, and they gave me another number to type in. I can't imagine support just giving CD keys over the phone with no proof.

And, in the latest mame, they have started work on Atomiswave!
