I regard the internet something like a road. Anyone can drive anywhere on a road, and the authority that manages roads is not required to decide who can drive where. That is up to the police. ISPs are just like the road authority. They provide the service, and should not have to decide who can do what. Again, that should be a police matter. Make sure your zip files stay zipped, and have been placed into the ROMS folder. Also you need the parent rom, mslug5.zip
