i just wished they would have release the upgrades for the dreamcast dvd,mp3 vmu or something like that and to save on line stuff the zip drive i think it would have helped this doomed console.

so they created prototypes with no software what so ever?

so u are willing to pay for something that may not work or maybe could be the best thing for that console.

well shiba,if u were to own one what would u do with it cuase they are prototypes so they probably have some flaws or nothing commercial works with them.

i thought it was strange,try in to collect something that doesnt exist(or maybe a protype does)so how was the zip drive suppose connect to the dreamcast serial port?it was a nice color too.

i already know that they planning a zip drive for a dreamcast but i thought it was never released and some guy is trying to collect it,so was it released.

mines too but it works fine i just wanted something to stop softimage from crashing when subdivision is too high or too many effect are on screen.

its normal when its reading burned games it runs smoother on original games but still make small grinding noise.

u can use nero5,take all the files select all game files drag them into the box where they should be when they are ready to burn.make sure the image is set to mode 2 form 1and make sure to close it. this will make it work on dreamcast but needs utopia boot cd.(havent tried it just got it from somewhere in the net)

my dreamcast is only reading cd-r's for some odd reason,probably disaligned.how can i fixit.i saw the guide here,yeah,but theres another one that just adjust the laser without moving it but cant find it.

first u gotta check if the structure is right(1audio+1data track) or (2 data tracks)but its never a single track(those are not selfboot) u could go to here to find tools and guide.i would suggest using bin2boot or bin2boot_gui,first u should turn the non selfboot game into a cue and bin file take the bin drag in to the bin2boot gui and it automaticly makes it selfboot and out comes a disk juggler image.

depends,if u burned a non-selfboot game u will need the utopia boot disk,and if u burned a self-boot ,well just put it in and play it.just make sure u burned it the right way(raw dao,8xwrite speed.i think u should use alcohol 120%)
