  1. Have you noticed The Rage of the Dragons/ rotdn.zip intro sounds is a tiny bit choppiness on FBAX-XXX 4/6/04 from Gogo Ackaman version? But on Kawa-X XXXX (Gogo Ackman's version) rotdn.zip intro is fine, but the loadup of the Match and character select is a little bit slow, even though you can use the fast forward thunbstick option/feature.. Still can't get a working garoun.zip wthout graphic problems, same red baar on top, even though I used an ips patcher to maek the s1 rom file 512K..
  2. Well folks, I posted the urls for his FBAX.rar adn the source, but it doesnt take too long for him to catch on and take the files on his site. But, check out the usla nesgrups and you maybe able to find them re-posted there as well.

I too have tried Gogo Ackman's latest FBAX-XXX, and I really like the new features: Autoload Uni Bios vers 1.3, Push righ thumb stick to fast forward in games, Overclock 12 to 18mhz in Neogeo games, Seperate menus for CPS1/2 and Neogeo, fixed CPS 1 to CPS 2 and back and Ghouls & Ghosts sound works!! Thats the one game I have that in the past vers of FBAX there was no sound. I run my Xbox through an Infocus X1 DLP projector from my Xbox's Progressive scan MS tHc Dashboard in 480P.. As for SNk vs Capcom:Chaos, it my be a wrogn p1 rom or wrong loaded Neogeo bios I'm using the SvC:Chaose Plus (Bootleg) version that has the vs menue with all the bosses opened up as selectable.
  4. I tried your default.xbe and the Ghouls & Ghosts sound didnt play. But on Gogo's 4/4/2004 version of FBAX-XXX default, it played fine and there was no CPS1 to CPS2 slowdown problem. I have the src code for it, but can't compile to save my life.. FBAX-Gogo's Scr code BTW, these wont play the banned romsets.
  5. I just tried Gogo's latest FBAX-XXX 4/4/2004 build, the one that doesnt play the banned romsets. There's a nice new option to Autoload Uni Bios vers 1.3/Enable/Disable, The CPS-1 to CPS-2 and back to CPS-1 works and with sound on Ghouls & Ghosts!! I still await for the cheat feature to be implemented. hoping I can use the cheat dats from Nedula or Kawaks somehow? Ohh, and I wouldn't mind being able to play the "Banned" romsets.. Note: Although my Garoun had a red bar on the top of the game while it was running, possible bad s1.rom/wrong size, as my other FBAX told me...
  6. let me guess, your Xbox doesnt have a mod chip installed. I really can't help but suggest you add one... If I'm mistaken, you do have a Modded Xbox and am running Evox, just FTP into your XBOX's HDD, and use the tHc Dashbaord as your main MS dashboard.
  7. I'm using the tHc Final MS Green Dashboard (still not really final though). With the Progressive scan patch on an infocus X1 DLP Projector on a 100 inch Diagonal Screen in 480P mode.

  10. I'm sure you've looked in the FBAX source code, but here's what my girlfriend showed me on what to change for to Enable the "Cheat" mode that Lantus-X said was just turned OFF. In the fba.cpp change: search for "Cheats" and change "False" to "True": bCheatsAllowed=True; BurnLibInit(); // set some defaults nBurnDrvSelect=0; nInterpolation = 1; // set default state FBAState=GAMESELECT; --------------- Also in: src/burn the file: cheat.cpp Change the "false" to "true" (without the quotes.) // Cheat module #include "burnint.h" bool bCheatsAllowed; CheatInfo* pCheatInfo = NULL; static bool bCheatsEnabled = true; -------------- Lastly you might want to edit the cheat.h file in the same director where the cheat.cpp is.   11. Nice work Prican25 & Ghozt! "uh, Whats a CRC?" Funny! Although, the grey progress bar is a bit ugly. How about, a "Please Wait, Loading...." or a CPS2 or Neogeo Fighter walking? Very nice background Glitch!! Although I would like to see a bit more fighters than a big Magneto. Also, anychance of turning ON the Cheat feature, so It can be tested out? Thanks! The Axledental DJ
  12. please turn on the 'Cheat" feature in the compile of FBAX and see if it fully works or not. Thanks. Its in there, I forget the exactt compile file, but I know its not turned 'ON". Thanks
