From a business perspective I can see and fully understand (and even support) this move, but the cheapskate pirate in me fully denounces this turn of events. The kid in me is suicidal over what a fat bastard I will become.

I just did a quick price tabulation by going through Pricewatch and Anandtech (for video card, RAM, and harddrives) and finding the cheapest of each of those parts and it came out to $2152. Yes, I must say that Guilty Gear is a very slick and high quality fighter. It was definitely a great change of pace in the 2D fighter scene.
