    I just use the Universe Bios cheat database if I want to cheat. I just used Google to find these.

    You're probably using a European BIOS so choose 50 hz frequency. When Chankast boots up, is the Dreamcast logo in blue (Euro) or red (US). That could be the problem...

    There are different sets of Garou. Is Set 2 the same thing as Alternate Set in Kawaks? I see garou, garoun, garouo, and garoup. Is garouo the Set 2?

    I think the best solution to this is to just close this thread. That site doesn't work, you'll have to find another one.

    Yeah, you can't have search strings of 3 or fewer letters, it sucks. But to rip an PSX image using Alcohol, press the Image Making Wizard, set the drives and stuff, and then at the bottom where it says Data Type choose Playstation.

    In Norton AntiVirus, in the quarantined files list you can right click on the file and choose delete. Don't know if McAfee has the same deal...

    They got rid of it because no one really uses it anymore, it rarely comes with computers now. They've all switched the DDR.
