It's a harddrive image. You need the CHD and the rom in order to play them.

Yeah, I think you're right about that. I got my SamSho5 with a loader but I experimented with the normal Nebula and I recall it working. I don't really remember since I did this last January when I first started here and I haven't used Nebula in a long time.

You can change the Universe Bios settings by pressing A+B+C when the Universe Bios thing loads up. And I'm pretty sure you need to use a loader to play Samurai Shodown 5 since it's one of those locked games...I could be wrong but there is no harm in giving a loader a try.
