  1. Hmm...I don't remember then ever explaining anything in depth in any of the videos. They just showed it off. You'd be better off checking out the Havok (that's the physics engine they licensed) site: http://www.havok.com/
  2. Goddammit...they are so scared of competition.
  3. You know, actually I would think that the insane religious right would like such a weapon. If they drop a bomb that makes the enemy camps like Sodom and Gemorrah, they would feel like they're enacting biblical vengence on the enemy.
  4. It's completely legal. That's a tech support site so it's all cool.
  5. It's a patch. You can use them to change ROM files. They're used for translation and other stuff. You can get IPS patchers from here (I recommend Lunar): http://www.zophar.net/utilities/patchutil.html
  6. That's just flocking hilarious. If one place needs a queer makeover really bad, it's Iraq.
  7. KOF 2004 is an actual pirated board I think. We got the exclusive video of it running in an arcade.
  8. From now on, please read the stickies and do a little research on your own if possible before opening up pointless threads like this. Consider yourself warned.
  9. Yes, I too would like such a program. I want to be a l33t h4><0r.
  10. It's a harddrive image. You need the CHD and the rom in order to play them.
  11. Hey Superman, nice to see you here too.
  12. I haven't seen clipping like that in HL2 yet and I'm going through it a second time. The sad thing is that clipping will almost never be eradicated.
  13. Wasn't that show taken of the air because some adoption groups said it was wrong or some crap like that. You see, you have to realize that you are not the main market for video games anymore. You have to realize that to them you are a piece of meat susceptible to hype, flashy graphics, trendy (read: crappy) music, and hot celebreties. I don't even care about Microsoft being a monopolizing evil corporation anymore, I'm more terrified of EA.
  14. Just take a look at Chankast for some reference: These are recommended specs: - Intel Pentium 4, AMD Athlon XP or any other processor that supports SSE (2 Ghz or faster recommended) - 256 mb RAM - ATI Radeon or Nvidia GeForce video card (or any other card that supports hardware T&L) - DirectX 9b - Windows XP, 2003 or 2K (other Windows versions will not work) This is a Dreamcast's specs: 200MHz Hitachi SH4 processor (360 MIPS) 16MB 64-bit SDRAM 800MB/sec system bus PowerVR2DC (customized PowerVR2 based chip, for Dreamcast) 8MB 100MHz 128-bit SDRAM 1.6GB/sec video memory bandwidth 45MHz ARM7 + Yamaha DSP audio processor 2MB audio memory 50MB/sec bus to modem/BBA slot 1.2GB GD-ROM 1.2MB/sec transfer rate VMU: 8-bit CPU 128k flash ~300 bytes on-die RAM 48x32 LCD
  15. Eehh...I wouldn't generalize anything like that. Let's just say emulation takes a long while.
  16. Tool - Ticks and Leeches
  17. http://www.reuters.com/newsArticle.jhtml?t...storyID=7331802 Here's a quick bit from the article: I don't know about you, but to me this sounds like a terrible idea. Reality TV + The Sims can only mean pure evil.
  18. When exactly does this happen when you start up? I don't even know what the hell regwvc.exe is...Google didn't come up with any matches.
  19. There is no such emulator yet. When one is released, you won't be able to miss it since it'll be pretty big news.
  20. Shuttle X computers are nice but a local builder might be able to make something with the same specs and size for less price. Which Shuttle XPC are you looking at?
  21. No, I really tore a woman's breast off. I was arrested and taken to court but my lawyers told me to plead insanity so I did and I got off. But my sentence was to go to intense therapy and anger management classes. The woman is fine I hear, they just stitched the tit right back on.
  22. Yeah, I think you're right about that. I got my SamSho5 with a loader but I experimented with the normal Nebula and I recall it working. I don't really remember since I did this last January when I first started here and I haven't used Nebula in a long time.
  23. I added a 56K warning in the topic title.
  24. You can change the Universe Bios settings by pressing A+B+C when the Universe Bios thing loads up. And I'm pretty sure you need to use a loader to play Samurai Shodown 5 since it's one of those locked games...I could be wrong but there is no harm in giving a loader a try.
  25. Haha! I'm going to have to try that out.
