Some new WIP shots from Yabuse and Satourne were released during the past few days. As you know, Saturn emulation is one of those things that has been lacking for quite a while, however, these two emulators are getting better and Saturn emulation may not be that far after all. You can check out the screenshots at their respective homepages. >> Yabuse Homepage >> Satourne Homepage

Woohoo! Shiba's tutorials! Good stuff, they mustn't be lost. -
I don't think this is bashing hip hop or rap, it's bashing 50 Cent, hip pop, and this sort of willingness to attach any celebrity onto a game. It's a sad fact that games have to be like this to sell, a game being good on it's own merit is not good enough. Of course the game isn't out yet so I can't say that with certainty, but let's face it, this is just a gimmick. You could easily put Vanilla Ice in 50 Cent's place and still make the same game.
-
I think it looks rather cool.
-
I don't think there is one yet. James and IQ are working on it.
-
Here is the emulator. You can get demo roms with DSemu package.
-
Tetris DS worked fine for me.
-
Ghost got something.

50 Cent: Bulletproof Here are some select quotes that ensure our pastime is going to Hell in a handbasket (or a pimped up G mobile). I think I remember reading somewhere that to differentiate this game from GTA, they are going to make it more linear but I can't find it. So I was probably hallucinating again. Ofcourse, the game has the potential to be good if they focus more on the gameplay of it instead of all the 50 Cent music, movie, and lifestyle hype.
-
Oh wow, this is pretty cool. But some of the test roms packaged with DSemu made it crash.

Microsoft is more of a b**** then I thought

You can't say anything like that until the systems are actually out. -

Well I don't "know" any of this since I am not a prophet, I'm just expressing opinions (blather). But I think there is plenty of room in the video game market for such a thing. It doesn't matter how long people wait to get either one, it's that they actually get them. Most people that play games and buy consoles don't go out on the first day to get them, only people like us do things like that. People who are going to get Halo 3 the first day will already have an XBOX 2. But you know what would be a great move by Microsoft, to release a cheaper package of XBOX2 + Halo 3 the day PS3 comes out. That has the possibilty of attracting people away from PS3. -

It's too early to say the DS failed. Sure its been a bumpy launch but that doesn't mean its doomed to failure.

I don't think this will really make that big of a deal. People who have the money to buy a PS3 on launch day aren't going to be like "Oh...Halo 3 or PS3?" But it does have the potential to steal thunder (maybe a lot) from Sony. But I don't think is a bad move by Microsoft since it's pretty much guaranteed that Halo 3 will sell like the flocking bible. What might suck is that MS will put time constraints on Bungie. -
I think that speed will suit you good enough. But I think each of those games have dedicated server software things. I know for sure CS does because I have that installed. I think JK3 is still based on Quake III engine so that should have it too. And UT2k4 would be stupid to not have it. Check the sites for those two games and see if you have to download anything extra for them.
-
Yeah, System Restore is a lot more useful in that case.
-
If you want to host game servers, then many games already come with Dedicated Server settings. What games do you want to host?
-
Hmm...no I don't. But people can make IPS patches for you (I don't know how to) but others here are quite proficient in it.
-
A server is just a regular PC. Except most servers don't have graphics cards (they just use on board crap because that's all they need), a lot of RAM, and nice processor speeds. What makes it a server is the software.
-
System Recovery isn't all that it's hopped up to be. Actually, I've disabled System Restore on all harddrives because the way I have it set up, if anything goes horribly wrong which going into safe mode won't fix, it's time for a reformat.
-
Max Payne 2. What a fun game.
-
But the so called "alright" doesn't go much past the 60-character roster. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Yeah, pretty much.
-
This game is alright, definitely better than past hacks. It's nice that it has 60 characters.
