Yes. As there is no Neo-Geo MVS or AES emulator for the PS2. There are no "haxx0r tricks" in burning CDs, so you can use whatever burn program you like. Problems arise if the CD has some sort of a protection (SecuROM, SafeDisc, Laserlock or RMPS), which Neo-Geo CD's don't have. The same goes with all older systems that used CD-ROM as their medium (bar PSX of course).

Do not create any other folders in the parent folder. 2) Extract the BIOS files from Neogeo.zip to the same folder. 3) Now the folder should have the following files: Neoragex.exe neo-geo.rom ng-lo.rom ng-sfix.rom ng-sm1.rom Run the executable. Those aren't lots of bin files... It's a single huge bin file split into multiple RAR archives. Open the first archive (rar or r00 extension) and extract. Others will follow suit automatically.
