Actually, it's not a cracked EXE. It's a standalone program thst calls the original Nebula.exe, and while doing so, bypasses Nebula's own lockouts. Sure, there might be hacked Nebula.exe's floating around too, but I've never seen those.

If the game is not hacked and/or trainer by any of the Amiga groups, then no. However, there are a few dedicated sites that also have manuals.

To my knowledge, older versions of MUGEN don't work well under Windows XP. There is an XP patch somewhere, but I don't know where.

Yeah, just because people can dump the DVD-ROM contents to an image dosn't always guarantee that the game will work after burning the image.
