nes6502s release of fba was going to be a while back but i think he was having problems merging the 2 cores into a single emu,anyway as he has said himself he is going to release 2 different emus but based on daves fba1.5....and another version which is more of an updated biuld for playing the fd encrypted games like turbo outrun......the older verson is for the sega games like afterburner2,powerdrift,galaxy force2.on this emu they play at a steady 60fps. as for buggy boy might i suggest you try the c64 version and play it on vice64.most reviewers say this is best port/conversion of the game for the home.

There are going to be updates of a lot of xports emus over time by a guy over at xbox scene called madmab,but these arent going to be core updates but updates of gui related stuff and also preview videos,box art and sypnosis type stuff along with new skins to go with these releases. xport still takes suggestions over at xbox scene but he has said that he is slowing down with the releaes. no wonder seeing the amount of emus he has ported over the last 5 years or so. concerning ps1 you can play epsxe or whatever its called through linux on xbox but i bet its a nightmare to set up. heres some info. http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=480673

yup just delete the gold files but not the roms or screenshots and just put the ignite files into the folder. remember and delete your old gold gamesave before you mcopy the new one over.

coinops gold dosent run in hd its coinops ignite you need i thought you had it already as i gave you a link for it before.

I really dont see the point in save-states for arcade emus,most arcade games are just a quick blast while other games like shmups,beat emups will offer about 30-40mins(roughly)gameplay. for console and computers save-state is a godsend but for arcade games nah no need.

What is left that you would like to see on the old box,could be games ported or new emus for systems that havent been ported yet or features in existing emus/games. Personally for me i would like to see the fd encryption games emulated on xbox like turbo outrun,dd crew...playable on fbaxxx or mame and would love to see osman playable on the xbox as it looks a fantastic game. so yeah what about you guys/gals.

EXACTLY! who the hell is going to pay 1200 points for this,i fired up the dreamcast version yesterday and yes it is an enjoyable game for say a quick 10min blast but thats it.it dosent warrant a pricepoint like that.really m$ better watch themselves with this new price as its just going to put people clean off. Lasy year they released ikaruga,bionic commando,commando3.....all top games at 800 points,so WTF is going on.vitrua on 800 not 1200points. appparently we are going to be seeing a lot more games coming in at this price,the quality wont be any better than what we got with last year games.

is there are a big jump in the graphics with the hd setting?seeing as there is limited ram in the xbox or is it really just more like a filter smoothing out everything and upscaling slightly.

I always preffered this game to symphony of the night,great gameplay,graphics and great tunes.also worth checking out is castlevania on the x68000x emu(shap x68000).another great game. ive been playing rtype on hugo-x,probably the best port of rtype on any system.i prefer this version to the recently released rtype dimensions on the 360. also had a quick blast of geikedo on the the gba emu.

you have to go into your gamesave in the emu folder and copy it over to your u and tdata folders in your e drive.

i had the same problem with rad mobile,the steering seems shot on this.i dont know maybe it wasnt fully emulated on mame0.84.so maybe a driver issue.

there are tonnes of hacks for kof,especially for kof2002 and 2000! the 2005 version is a hack of 02IIRC and 2004 is the anniversary edition.actually there is 2 different versions the other version was called hero. and also not forgeting crouching tiger hidden dragon 2003(kof2001 hack.)the correct 2004 version of kof was kof neowave which was released on the atomiswave arcade hardware. can you still not get kof2003 to work? as for a list of all the kof games that play on xbox basically all those hacks i mentioned above and the official neogeo releases. concerning metal slug! ms1 ms2 msx ms3 ms4 ms5 ms5plus(hack) these play fine on xbox. metal slug6(atomiswave hardware,but ported to wii,psp and ps2 as part of the metal slug anthology) metal slug7(nintendo ds but also getting ported to xbla,they better not filter this to fuk!) hope that helps. if you need help with kof2003,then you need to make 2more posts and i can help you out through pm.

after changing my rom path using hidden settings now i have the following problem: now no matter what i do it wont load a rom saying rom files are missing? I have checked the zip files all roms are there, i've run rom centre and it shows all rom zips as green. tried fresh install remembering to delete/replace UDATA and TDATA babe004 folders, tried re-copying all my roms tried using roms zips that I know definately worked in the past, no matter what I do error roms missing. The roms are there I don't know how this is still happening after fresh installs etc.. This happened after using browse to folder in hidden settings, now my copy of coinops final won't work. If this feature is something that is causing people more trouble than its worth I say remove it. Sadly im considering using my pc as my mame emulator I can't see a way to fix this tell me how much rom-files roughly that you are looking to run? edit/nevermind!

you dont need to use the dat-file if you want to add games just put them in the rom folder and scan for roms.

the roms and screenshoys you have for gold will work fine on ignite just delete the gold folders apart from screeenshots and roms,then transfer ignite over. I am trying to update my CoinopsIgnite rom folder with Romcenter (& clrmame) , the system detect the previous roms of Coionops gold as unknown. What can i do? did you use these roms before with coinops or at least an earlier version? if so then you do not need to run them through the dats and they will work just fine.
