there arent new games added that werent emulated in the first coinops ignite.from what i can tell you its mostly new features and bugs being ironed out. if anyone needs a link to download this then just pm me.

I read that thread, the guy was arguing with everyone who said it can't be emulated on the xbox, saying he had a version that worked perfectly, but he really meant the Beats of Rage mod. It wasn't the mod's author. Arguing with the the guy that was saying he was "emulating it perfectly" [lmao] via beats of rage pretty much made me lose interest in porting it to FBA. ATM, all that's left to do is port and hook up the DECO16 graphics routines and squash any bugs. The ARM core is pretty much finished and collecting dust. hey iq this isnt a request but in your opinion do you think this game would run well on fba for xbox and also osman/cannon dancer,im just curious.

I hope so, I don't know how difficult it would be to incorporate the code, but I'm sure the xbox could handle it speed-wise. you will be able to play the fd encrypted games once nes6502 releases his version of fba called fba legends.there is support for the fd encrypted games and thunderblade,powerdrift,galaxy force2.....

just been trying out gunstar heroes advance on xboyadvance and streetfighter3 third strike on cpx3.

this game is based on the stv board(sega saturn hardware)not meaning to burst your bubble but i cant see this playing on xbox mame.

when you load up nightslashers on xbox in coinops ignite or mameox128 it brings you to the test menu and dosent go any further than that so like i said,either updated drivers added or a new core update has to be done.

coinops is mame for xbox or be it a new version but as i said mame for xbox is at the 0.84 core at the moment.

no version of mame on xbox plays night-slashers the core for mame on xbox is at 0.84 so more up to date drivers for night slashers would need to be implemented somehow. bonus jz bor mode of nightslashers is looking really good and i cant wait for the release.

to get one list of games for eveything its really very simple just go into the menu on the romlist and then go to menu setting and then turn off all cps1,cps2,neogeo and others. then go back to your romlist hit the back left trigger or right trigger and voila one list with all games listed alphabetically.this works with all versions of fbaxxx and pro.

so im geussing this has to be officially releasd first??

its just as easy as doing it with the normal cheat file you just change the bios in the main options once and press back and start on any neogeo game,hardly long winded and with a cheat system already in place why go through the need of converting cheats when they are already there. you also get cheats for neogeo in coinops,but you dont need the unibios for them,they are just accessed the usual way.

Loved the first one if this one even comes close to it then ill be happy.

Haven't played Progear that far, only up to level 4 I think. Speaking of cheats, I read there's a tool that can convert MAME cheats from it's cheat.dat into FBA compatible cheats. But the link was dead, does anyone have it? I have the cheats that you gave me Fu, but there's none for any of the NeoGeo games for example. I'm thinking if I had the tool I could work on converting all the cheats available for the games FBA supports. you dont need a cheat file for the neogeo games all you have to do is when you are in the roms list go into options and change the neogeo bios option to universal. then once you load up a neogeo game for a start you can select the region you want to play it in. press start and back together to bring up an options screen and you can select cheats from the database in the bios.

never tried it on the jag but i can tell you that you need a 2ghz processor just to run a jag emu on pc so getting one to work on xbox.....dont think it will happen.

no there isnt a jag emu but there is an atari lynx emu which has aliens vs predator be it a prototype game as the lynx version wasnt finished. anyway aliens vs predator gold which came out for the pc in 1999 has been ported to xbox,much better than the jag game.

I dont know about anyone else but has anyone managed to beat the last boss on progear without credit feeding,i always end up using the cheats menu in fbaxxxpro.
