Ya know its not just the parts to it. I run a server on my old comp which is pretty old but still can run a good server. Since u prolly have cable, The max players you can hold is probably 12. And hint, not a good idea to host multiple game servers at a time just because ull be whoring the bandwidth and some of the servers might start to lag. You might want to check with your ISP if its okay to do this.

Actually gryph. I think u should be able to create tournies since its it the arcade mod database. This is a good idea but I dont think atm with the current version that we can't let you guys do this cause then by getting access to make tournies. You also get access to delete high scores which is a no no.
