I'm looking for a lightweight alternative to winamp with equal or better features and support. Anyone know any? It's imperative that it also supports iPod control since I hate iTunes.

I'm forced to echo Mago's opinion really. Personally I think Midway should reboot the series lore-wise, fire that idiot in charge of lore and go back to old school 2D in HD. Change the system to something like Ninja Master's (unarmed or armed combat whenever you feel like it with little difference on the balance but slightly different combos) and fill it with special moves. Go for M rating and have shitloads of blood and gore and sprites that have visible damage marks on them and there ya go. Also enough of the console-only bullshit, bring it back to PC and give it online play and leaderboards and we're set.

Bitsoup stopped doing invites ages ago. You just need to wait for the window to open again. I told a guy at work about bitsoup the other day and he got in that morning. lucky I'm sure, but just goes to show you just have to be diligent. I had the registration pages set as bookmarks and I would just hit those links along with all my normal daily links every day until I got in. Must be open as I just signed up. Tried now, says maximum users reached.

Well we've got Terrans (Space Marines + Imperial Guard sans the fanaticism), Zerg (Tyranids) and Protoss (Eldar). Although they've evolved in different ways, especially Protoss from Eldar, you can't help but draw parallels.

Also, never combine alcohol with drugs. That is a very very bad idea. And if you do want to start doing drugs, stay away from dusts and pills and anything that involves a syringe. Those will fvck you up badly. I myself just stick to weed and shrooms nowadays. It's safe and fun. Also cigarettes are worse than weed. They're really no good to you, and don't provide any satisfaction. I'm already addicted to them just from smoking 2 years. Ended up smoking 3 packs a day, managed to cut down to 1. Just to paraphrase Belthasar. Find your limit and document yourself. Moderation is the key.

Same here, no special stories, I'm a smoker and a drinker. I did lose my 80gb iPod once because I got drunk. I would say tho, that nothing compares to mushrooms. Weed should be as common as cigarettes in my view.
