GPFCE v0.2 released

NES emulator for the GP2X.
GPFCE is a port of FCE Ultra.
Features / Updates* Sound output issue with stereo fixed, now using 22050 khz 16-bit mono.
* selector supports up to 2048 files, sorted, with alpha scrolling via left/right, page up/down via L/R.
* additional startup scripts to select button and fps configurations
* can load FDS files, but does not seem to work yet
* configurable buttons (use swapbuttons version )
* configurable fps (use showfps version)
* Configurable turbo fire control
* Selectable save slots from 0-10
* Volume bar

* Adjusted GPU DMA timing to fix MDEC hangs in some games (Legend of Legia)

* Fixed spelling of "Quicksave" (yes, I suppose I am a "d u m b a s s"
* Use exe name for quicksaves (quicksaves are now per game)
* Changed key assignments for quicksave (F1-F5=load, F6-F10=save)
* Reset button for gamma/brightness/contrast in graphics dialog now works
* ESC now quits emulator (in addition to ALT+F4)
* Added DMA breakpoints
* Fixed some miscellaneous debugger bugs
