Kof 2002- soundtrack is decent, my fav character k9999 has a wicked HSDM

Kof 2k2 and 98 are my favs. I hate strikers. I'll vote for 2k2.

2k1 had really good gameplay, IMO, but it was let down by really poor graphics, bad music, and a stupid end game boss.

Why is it that I haven't been able to pull off K's HSDM in KOF2002??
I'm 100% sure that I do the motion input correct, but still nothing.
