Same for Andy Bogard. To me, Andy is more like a karate guru like Ryu than anything close to a ninja. I personally wouldn't count anyone not wearing a ninja suit as a ninja, but that's just me. For that reason, vega wouldn't be in my poll (had I made one that is) either.

I don't think Vega/Balrog is "ninja" enough to be in this poll. Spanish Bullfighters can never have the same "ninjaness" as someone like Hanzo or Guy. Anyway - you're 2nd and 3rd points are the same reason I thought this poll sucked.
