someboddy Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 If you execute someone, and two years later you find out that he was innocent, what will you do then?
Agozer Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 If you execute someone, and two years later you find out that he was innocent, what will you do then? Then those who believed that the convict was innocent will have your head. Cool, the board is back up.
Skythe Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 (edited) ooo you all got served by TexasNot really, cuz I don't believe in any religion. So therefore, backfired. If you execute someone, and two years later you find out that he was innocent, what will you do then? That deserves a tough crap. There are too many factors that happen to an innocent being executed. All you have to do is say "Oops!" and work at improving whatever was the faulter. Edited May 23, 2004 by Skythe

Wizard Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 ooo you all got served by TexasNot really, cuz I don't believe in any religion. So therefore, backfired. I wanted to say that. But I didn't want to bring any religious zealots into play and telling me that there is a god. (As in, avoiding a possible flame war, via pm or forum)
Permethium Posted May 23, 2004 Author Posted May 23, 2004 what be the reason for life itself ,if not for some higher purpose in the end?

We are savage and brutal people who have no respect for human life. Just look at our homicide and rape rates. And yeah, the God argument is pointless and stupid. Let's not even go there. Executions are government mandated so religion shouldn't even be brought up.
