I finally fot around to doing this, or rather i was forced to because my last DC died, and it worked great! I can't believe something this simple revived my DC . Tomorrow I'll do my 3 other dead DC's, I can't remember what the problem with them was, but I think it was similar to the one I fixed. Thanks Shiba.

EDIT , which it was My problem is worse and to keep this dreamcast running without problem its oing to need extra cooling or put it in the bin.
