This is a port for the Xbox1 of NeoRaine, the best Neo Geo CD emulator out there, coded by Emmanuel Anne (Tux) (if you like the emu, consider donating to him as a way of saying thanks for his hard work) and possible thanks to the SDLx libs by lantus.

This is fantastic! thank you very much. I have been hoping for an updated NEOGEO CD emulator on xbox for years, and its great releasing this right after the ScummVm port, wasn't expecting this at all, amazing work!

 

Whats next 3DO, Jaguar!?

Ha, I own a real 3DO - believe, not many good games on it.

 

Jaguar would be awesome though - especially for the CD-based games since those units are expensive and hard to come by in working order. It looks like they are working on a 2.0.0 release of Virtual Jaguar, which is also SDL. Check it out:

A NEC PC98 emulator would be awesome as well don't you think guys? perhaps a PC-FX one? wonder if the xbox can handle that, thanx Fu and thanks A600 for the updates

I think that A600 is mainly interested in ported emus/games which use SDL. (This is just a guess based on what he has released thus far)

looking at that list most of those emus have been ported to xbox and that includes dgen,but there is one that has not been ported and has peaked my interest a bit.

Ya, but even on an upgraded XBOX - that'd run slow. (I think)

 

I'm actually interested in that Jaguar SDL emu. That's a better system than people realize. (Not great, but definitely some good games on there)
