I just put Demonfront in my xbox and scanned all games and it does NOT show up.Am i doin something wrong?All the other games show up and play fine.

I have been using Coin ops since 08 so i'm pretty experienced with it.

Yes, you're doing something wrong.

 

1) If you'd search the drivers list posted above, you don't find the game.

Conclusion, it's not in CoinOPS.

 

2) If you'd read that quote you'd see that the driver status in normal MAME is prelimenary.

It's pretty hard to port a driver that isn't available.

AAhhh cool thanks for clearing that up for me.

I thought he was showing me that it WAS in the list.When i looked at the list i didnt see it which even confused me more.lol

The game is pretty similar to the Metal Slug series so i figured it would not be so hard to do.Can't wait til the driver is available.

Like i read before, i think it will be a good idea to add PSX core to CoinOPS for all the greats 3D arcade games we don't have on it like : Tekken, Street Fighter EX, Rival School, ...

It will be best

 

An other stuff good to add ... will it be possible to save games where we want like we want ?

Like on the originals emu ?

and while we are at i figured a 360, 3d0 and jaguar emulator rolled into a gamecube and ps2 emulator would be cool. Then the xbox wouldn't be the SUXORS. AHAHA

if we add more than 4000 games to CoinOPS ill add the folders at present I see no real need for this....

 

not sure if I want to clutter it with save states....to turn it on you can just remap the default key.xml hint....

 

remember my vision is clear an easy to run....interface to launch games that sorts alot better than what is current, favs are easy and clear and tracks usage and can sort by usage or lots of ways....so its all my GF wants and not a techy kind of emu full of stuff only 5 percent use...just click and play anything at anytime....if you really want to dive into features go with xport stuff as you know....if you want everyone to enjoy there experiece that just want to play games id recommend ShowROOM for sure as you guys already know looking at the numbers

heheheh resx forum and xbox scene has level one issues from very old builds and the people there struggle to answer very simple question lol and there forums are showing signs of CoinOPSATION hehe..... the level of help elsewhere is sadly lacking in experience I feel hope they goto ShowROOM as its for these people...hope they dont play as it was once locked down to stop this but now if they enable advanced settings I wish them the best

 

anyways the xtras stuff I stayed on for hour after hour and not one thing said so it would quicker to create my owns as these nothing but tumble weeds on there irc

 

if the vote goes the way I think it will ill call for people to Join the CoinOPS xtras team...and we can add everything to it and get the videos at a good enough level for CoinOPS....alot of this work can be done by people with no coding ability and if your in we can get this out quickly...I did aprox 180 games in about 10 hours
