dballs Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 so i just got CoinOPS_ShowROOM_X_XBOX-iND did a fresh install with it and my roms still take FOREVER to load. i dont have folders E://TDATA//4d414d45, E://UDATA//4d414d45, E://TDATA//4d414d46, or E://UDATA//4d414d46. never had them. perhaps they are under a different number? here's my u and t data folders http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee226/d...aforcoinops.jpg any other suggestions to get the roms to load properly? BritneysPAIRS Posted September 12, 2010 Author Posted September 12, 2010 dballs you have know about it for ages http://www.ressurectionxtras.net/forum/vie...?f=168&t=83 hows the help going... hehe ive said 1000 times how to fix this properly with my help....it take a few hours ones time with my help....or else i havent seen this on over 500 xboxs now you know you guys are your own worst enermies....the people that you ask ive said are newbes and this stuff only goes to prove it more and more that with months of help still they dont even know the basics of the fault.....but anyways find gil and get my msn and I can help sort this properly but you must listen and do as I say as it needs to be a precise process to garentee it happens right...it it will be slower this way but I messure twice and cut once ive seen what happens if you take shortcuts....so its up to you guys do it my way or help your self I think I can help you better than you can do it yourself but that is agued by the trolls from your site.....but to me its just a joke and nothing personal I know they dont have a chance and have always know that they still fight they do but its funny to see them fail at everything so I let them and they say I cant get stuff done.....believe what you want it makes no diff to me..all installs I know of have not had this issue Best of luck with your decision

Shibathedog Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 this has been discussed many many times...theres another ind bios that doesnt do that Im not remapping the emu for one bios....i will do a CoinOPS/cfg/default.cfg for that bio in the release as an alternative...so you can over write it and it will be back and black to pause/remap/cheats and back+white will be mem and frames per sec Sorry man, I haven't been on the forums in over a year, maybe two years. Any discussion about it was missed. I tried searching for it but came up with nothing, I really didn't know what to search for though so maybe I was just looking in the wrong places. I thought maybe there was a config file somewhere I could edit. I didn't think it would be that big of a deal. Could you maybe help me out and tell me what this alternative IND BIOS is called so I can try it out? It must have come out somewhat recently though because when I flashed my Xbox I had the latest version and there where already a few out. I am also fairly limited to what I can flash my BIOS with because I am running a TSOP flash with no chip so maybe I skipped over it as well. This is why I was hesitant to flash my BIOS again. A config edit would be much easier though because I haven't flashed my BIOS in so long I would have to look up how to do it all over again. I didn't think Xbox BIOSes where even being updated anymore. EDIT: By alternative IND BIOS did you mean just disabling the IGR in the IND Config? That seems like it would work. I couldn't find any version of IND BIOS newer than what I have, Unless you are talking about some custom edited version someone made.

I don't have IGR now of course but its not going to kill me to get up off the couch and reset the xbox when I'm playing an xbox game. Emulators all have some sort of reset xbox command so I can exit that way.
BritneysPAIRS Posted September 12, 2010 Author Posted September 12, 2010 well then enbale the setting to change default game pad.... then use white plus back and select change keys for all games....then look for then remap it.... then turn back on IGR done it will remember it for all games...becare full in there dont change stuff like select it will change the default.cfg in the cfg folder so save it and then you can reset it up at any time...

One thing i have been very vocal on myself.Well done to all the CoinOps helpers and to BP himself.
