law56kerz Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 (edited) yes its cause ive pointed the save to EMULATOR FOLDER/Saves and it cant creat that in DVD hex edit the cores...finder D:\\SAVES and change them all to E:\\SAVES Ok, i'll try that. I'm spreading Coinops R6 with videos across 3 dvds. This first disc contains the roms and video files for games A-J. Dang I also realize i forgot to include the needed extra files so that Neogeo games load. I know i need to include the Neogeo.zip, and other files i'm forgetting? Did anyone put a pack together for the console games. I have have supernes and genesis pack, but no other comprehensive collections for the other consoles. Edited March 29, 2010 by law56kerz
BritneysPAIRS Posted March 29, 2010 Author Posted March 29, 2010 ok now I have a lot of options Default Aspect Ratios (as per before)Scale (this fits to your screensize you defined but keeps the aspect ratio and fits it into that window)Stretch (this fits everything to your screensize you defined and adjust aspect ratio including stretching vertical games )Pixel Perfect (this ignors your screensize you defined and just uses the pixels the game has...it centers it but also uses the top left and bottom right corner of your defined window to determine the centering )Pixel Perfect X (same as above but will scale it by x2 or x3 or x4 if it will fit to the screen )Horizontal (adjusts widescreen horizontal games to a more correct aspect)Rotated (adjusts rotated games to a more correct aspect for widescreen)Horizontal and Rotated (adjusts rotated games to a more correct aspect for widescreen and also Horizontal games to a better aspect ratio for widescreen) do you guys want antialis option to stay? or make it on except for Pixel Perfect and Pixel Perfect X ? only neogeo is needed id put in the 2.3 unibios as well into that rom
law56kerz Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 (edited) BTW thanks everyone for there hard work, teamwork and cooperation. A great emulator with great presentation and user friendly. Ok thanks, i'll check if the Neogeo bios included has the 2.3 unibios. I know i have that bios laying around somewhere. Did anyone put video files together for the consoles, all i have right now is picture previews. Edited March 29, 2010 by law56kerz
law56kerz Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 Is there a rename program that makes the console file names compatible with this emulator. Over the years I have created my own collection of the best console games, native and foreign.
BritneysPAIRS Posted March 29, 2010 Author Posted March 29, 2010 No renaming app im aware of sorry...no video stuff around apart from rx stuff and emumovies I dont have to much as I havent concentrated on Shawcase 2 much

Yea showcase is cool, but the regular builds are nice also and you can fit alot more games on one disc. Actually if you delete the weaker versions of game series likes KOF you can fit most all the games on one dvd. Your emulator doesn't enable us to choose video filters does it? Edited March 29, 2010 by law56kerz
BritneysPAIRS Posted March 29, 2010 Author Posted March 29, 2010 yes it does have video filters....I dont recommend video filters....I renamed all the packs of stuff

law56kerz Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 (edited) I need help, if anyone can edit the console XBES so that they run off of dvd I would greatly appreciate it. I edited the save paths but the emulator still locks up when trying to load any console game off the dvd. Hope someone can figure it out for me. Also, the neogeo.zip belongs ziped and is placed in the roms folder, correct? If so I must have to try another neogeo.zip because the one I used says the sfix.sfx isn't found and that other files don't have the correct checksum. Edited March 29, 2010 by law56kerz
PhilExile Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 Can't wait to try it BP! Again, thank you for taking the time to work this out. Much appreciated! Since both settings are in correct aspect ratio, we supposethat there will be no distortions, so, there is no need to blur the graphics. I am ready to test, BP!WOW. Thank you SO much for your amazing turnaround on this. And before the testing, I am a little curious yet: Shinobi = 320x224On PixelPerfect = While on 480i it becomes 640x448 and centers to the screen, correct? On PixePerfect X = While on 480i it becomes 640x448 and centers to the screen, because 448 < 480 correct? Let's take now Vigilante = 256x256On PixelPerfect = While on 480i it becomes 512x512 and center --- but some overscan happens on top and bottom, since 512 > 480On PixelPerfect X = While on 480i, it does nothing, because the feature sees that 512 (2X) will not fit on the 480i height size Is this the way both PixelPerfect and PixelPerfect X work?If so, AWESOME. Simply the best. Perfect. Cospefogo.
Cospefogo Posted March 29, 2010 Posted March 29, 2010 Hey BP,I am already in touch with PhilExile! Thanks. Just for confirmation... what is the TDATA/UDATA save directory for ReIgnite R6?I don't want to overwrite any of my 14 different CoinOPS setups! Inspecting the XBE I got BABE7777.Is this correct? Cospefogo.
