maybe uploaded to megaupload or rapidshare maybe.the download with all the roms will take way to long with my internet connection speed.

If your speeds is slow then it won't matter where you download it from really. Maybe you could get someone to strip out the roms and send the emu part over MSN or something? How much space each part takes up I don't know yet, I'm only a third of the way finished.

 

If it hasn't been upped to Megaupload before I finish then I could do it. If you don't have an account I think it's a 100MB/day limit anyway so it'd take you forever-ish.

its just the emu im really after,got all of the roms already from plat1,plat2 and arcades.

OK. As soon as I finish I'll look into it. Never uploaded to any of those sites before. If all else fails I'll just send it to you over MSN/Yahoo or whatever.

you can upload 2 ways gavin 1 with no roms in roms folder and no screenshots in screenshots folder. About 20megs rared or about 120megs rared with screenshots this will tell fam what games he is missing and he can match the rom name to the screenshot name.

All sorted. Hellsfury uploaded a standalone version to Rapidshare. I don't know if it has the screenshots or not, but the roms have been removed. Anyone looking for the emu only should PM hellsfury for the link.

I keep my emulators on E drive and roms on F drive. I noticed there isnt any menu option in CoinOPS that allows you to change the directory path to the F drive for the roms. I also didnt see any ini file that I could edit. Im guessing the ini folder would be the place you would make up your own ini file but without one already there to easily edit, I think this makes changing paths harder than what it should be.

sorry that stuff is gone from the GUI rmm asked many times about proposed setting changes so most dont use this stuff.

 

ini is here though E:\TDATA\4d414d44\SYSTEM\MAMEoX.ini

Thanks, great stuff, enjoying it. Any plans to add 720P or 1080i support? Saw it got brought up in an older thread, wondering if it's still planned. Also I might be missing something obvious but where's the option to disable sound / enable VM? I'm looking to get MK 1-3 and NBA Jam running so I can dump my old MAME versions. Thanks again for CoinOPS, it's awesome.

Im patching in a new section soon...... for games that run without sound...its next on my list. It will autoturn off sounds for these games that you are talking about so they will run.

it requires a section for

A ) Bugs / Keymap changes

B ) New features Wanted

C ) New Games

D ) New Games that need sound autodisabled to run properly...alot of midway games but there is other

 

 

720p support for skin is done now and new total GUI but people didnt vote for that one so its on the burner as stated for now...all the coding is done and so the skinning just needs some time to polish it up.
