Gary Oldmen plays the villian like only he does. if you are one of those internet religion haters save your time. Christianity plays a major role in this movie. It's not shoved down your throat but it is there every step of the way.

emsley Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Four brothers - I was looking forward to it but its got some "loopy" ideas in places.Especially the scene where like 8 masked mercenaries show up and shoot the shit out of the house - these guys get there asses kicked by "four street wise guys" and the mercenaries drop like flys until there is just one left - you might think this mercenary would;d think "fuck this!" Na he reloads and trys to walk into the house but get run over.

emsley Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Sunshine directed by danny boyle - i cant recommend it enough to scfi buffs its fucking EPIC heart in my mouth shit when you apply your home made physics to what you see on screen. Thik scifi classics such as ALIEN and space odyssey. A real reward for guys who know some basic science stuff.
veristic Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 ^Oh yeah I liked that movie. Just goes to show how important the sun is. Another interesting one is The Fountain. Visually stunning, might be a little artsy for some but I thought it was intriguing. Pandorum too for anybody who likes movies in space ships.
