Hitman Movie

So I just saw this movie. Thought it was ok, but I haven't played any of the Hitman games. Some scenes seemed a little out of the way from the general idea. Friend who was an avid follower of Hitman hated it and said it derived from the Hitman games. The actor who played 47 wasn't the greatest imo and seemed a little corny at times.

 

So anyone else see this?

I am avoiding this movie at all costs. I assume it will ruin all of the games for me.

I have never played the Hitman games but I love Blood Money's soundtrack. I also love the actor, Timothy Olyphant.

 

Dunno what to make of this movie... will be seeing it whenever it comes out here.

I shall be skipping this movie because I have played and loved all of the Hitman games so I don't want it to be ruined. The movie looks like crap.

It has explosions, guns, akimbo and women. There for it's good soley based on those.

Does akimbo mean dual wielded pistols like in UT? To mean it just = uncoordinated.

It wasn't horrible, but wasn't great. Pretty mediocre IMO. As far as video game movies go, it was fantastic. Doom anyone?

Doom at least had The Rock and a chainsaw fight with a pinky, if little else.

Especially the corny line from Rock, "I'm not suppose to die!"

I also found Doom great, there was also a ego shooter part!

But Hitman isn't in our cinemas afaik, I didn't even know that a movie exist!

The Doom movie was really bad.

First person view was the only thing that made Doom interesting.

 

I'll see Hitman (mainly cuz I bought Live Free and Die Hard and it came with a free movie ticket) cuz I don't care about the games.
