I just want to post these news on another forum but I wanted to know if the emulators are legal or not.

i think all xbox emulators use the sdk,could be wrong but all xbox emulators use the default.xbe!

why not post it anyway coz it will be on a lot of other sites as well! :D

Go learn something before getting snotty with a fellow member then, there is this FREE LEGAL DEVKIT SOFTWARE.........it's called OPENXDK.

 

And yes, they use the MS SDK, but the sources don't include it and aren't binaries so you should be in the clear with regards to those........I think.

Sources are perfectly legal (given they don't include any copyrighted code).

As for the OpenSDK, it's pretty much worthless for any real applications on the xbox -- it is much too buggy.
