:(:( I dont think that this can be fixed anywhere for a cheap price. Look in the yellow book and keep on asking till you get the lowest price.

Trust me, you're better off throwing it in the garbage.

Anywhere you take it, a replacement screen will cost you more than buying a whole TV new, it's been that way since the dawn of the televisions.

Reason being, selling an individual unit costs more than selling 1000 of them. Then, if you aren't going to do the work yourself, add that cost on.

I would do you the favour of purchasing the backlight and logic board from you however. I do alot of wierd things and my wife would *sarcasm on* love another thing laying around. *sarcasm off*

Otherwise I would suggest Ebaying it as a parts unit.

Oh yeah, and I call "Wiimote" on you. The impact mark on the screen fits the Wiimote profile to a T!

dang, well we are already going to throw it in the garbage. And no it wasnt a Wiimote.

it was more like.......a.......Closet Door =\

wtf? A closet door? Sounds dull -_-

Its simple really. He got pissed off, turned into the hulk, ripped off his closet door and than bam.

iim with cinder toss that go get ya a new one lcd's and plasma are getting pretty cheap. way less than the cost of repair epecially since that would be such a waste with the damage done to that screen.

daayum.. I only saw broken windows but this.. this is rediculous. The door reason for this little incident is bs.. you purposely had the monitor next to the door? com on, just come clean already.. you just can't handle the truth can you (prolly a stupid accident?).. until then, I'm still leaning toward cinder's theory.

I dunno... I'd be pretty embarrassed telling people that I killed an HDTV with a door.

Personally I can't see how anyone is stupid enough to accidentally slam a Wii remote into a TV.

Ok well heres the story. To start off, thats my brothers TV. And no it wasnt due to a Wiimote.

So i made a quick skect of how my room is layed out with paint.

Ok So its 2:00AM, im just getting off of my computer, and you see that colored mesh on my bed?? Thats Clothing, i know everyone here has seen that pile of clothes on your bed before you go to sleep, and what do you usually with all that clothes?? you kinda just toss it somewhere and fix it in the morning. Also, note that my Closet door is broken, It is just standing up straight against the edge of the closet

So i got offline, and as you can see, my brother is sitting right in the middle. He's not gonna move for me, so i kind of go over the edge of his bed. But now, i have all this clothing on my bed. I usually pick it up and put it on my chair, but since,my bro is in the way, i decided to throw all that clothes onto the chiar. So with the force of all that clothes coming at the chair, it kocks into the door, the coor goes forward, but since the chair is there, it slides offf the sides falls sideways, i tried to grab it, but i was too late and BOOM....R.I.P TV.....and the next thought that was going through my head was....R.I.P Elvin and My Computer. he was so mad, that he didnt even say anything to me, or didnt kill me. And this guy is Flockin HUGE. Kill me in a instant if he wants. But my sister and mom agreed to help him buy another since it was an accident, so i stil have my PC. But he still has no TV =\

And this is the aftermath
