Hmm, I really don't consider myself obese but then again you are studying to become a doctor, something your committed to right? I have trouble committing myself to things, I don't know why I am committed to 1emu though.

Well you may not consider yourself that but from the data you've given us here, that's what it comes out. And I know the BMI over 30 is obese from Internet BMI calculators, not anything learned in school. :clapping:

 

And yes, I'm committed. Soon, I will be committed in an asylum.

i consider my self obese , im around 5' 7'' , but im gonna try to stop eatin those cheese burgers , im also depressed *runs in the family* thats been holding me a bit down , i try though :clapping:

Well, as long as you don't go off doing anything weird with body's like opening them up just to try out an experiment or try to make frankenstien it's cool :clapping:

ok, I will not practice this plan again

 

maybe I should eat 3 times a day, and probably squeeze in some push ups *checks*

 

yay! I can do push ups again!

 

soo yeah, how bout this

 

I eat breakfast right, like some cereal, or eggs and sausage

 

some..crackers or something as lunch, then dinner?

 

while drinking water, juice, and or milk during that time

 

but I refuse to stop drinking coffee in the morning!

Christ, I've never seen people talk about eating this much on an emulation board... I go to sleep, and when I log back in, *poof* 4 new pages.

you don't hafta stop drinking it, just stop drinking it on an empty stomach.

 

 

and btw, without proper body stressing exercise (pushups NOT being one of them ) you'll lose weight slowly.

 

push ups build/tone your muscles, but they don't give your body the activity needed to lose weight.

wow...i wanna be skinny to!!!....I WANNA GO ON A DIET!!!hmph!!....I WANNA EXCERCISE...I WANNA GO TO PLACES!!...life is to short...well ne way on the other hand good luck with u wierdy!!!....i hope you find out wats the best thing to do...or u can go on like jenny craig...or that atkins thingy!!!...it looks good...at leats in the commercials it does :P
