I just switched to bitcomet and like it better then az right now. is it just me or does the exeem site load really slow? I'll wait till someone releases a hacked exeem without spyware. like they did with kazaa. edit in => according to thier site exeem contains NO SPYWARE. but is ad supported. But I still like it.

Gryph Posted January 21, 2005 Posted January 21, 2005 I just got it and installed it...the site was fine for me. It was just released so wait for a bit and mirrors will pop up. Anyway, I installed it on my C:\ with Windows so if any really bad Spyware comes on, I can just reformat and get rid of it all.

BitComet is *very* good. if you open up the task Manager when Azureus is running, you can see that both Azureus.exe and Java.exe are active. Edited January 21, 2005 by Agozer

Weirdy Posted January 22, 2005 Posted January 22, 2005 I heard that so you don't get the ads with exeem, you have to run spybot and adaware and shiit like quick tip: on your reg editor, reg cleaner, spybot's start up list, make sure to delete the adware entry from there

BitComet is awesome better than Azureus, higher speed and stuff..I just switched to it cuz Azureus won't work anymore at all even when reinstalled, and that java is eating my pc resources for breakfast...but if u really want a good client try G3..
