  1. "wont let you go" you mean? MVC soundtrack kinda pisses me off after awhile. How can you not love the five second sound clip they loop during team selection? "I'm gonna take you on a ride! Dadadada dada da" Repeat Repeat Repeat Repeat... A lot of the Sonic the Hedgehog music was great. I especially liked the Marble Zone theme.
  2. I'm all for money. It'd be hard to tape me using vista or bathing my children though. I'd do the showering one if they made it worth my while though.
  3. Doesn't he hold up his personally customized magnum when he says that though? It made sense to me. The master of all unlocking line was pretty classic though.
  4. I vote for taking them on. I would never admit to doing something wrong unless I had really done it, and especially wouldn't pay money for doing so.
  5. Well, that's really good looking, but at least A Fallout 3 is gonna happen. It might even be really similar.
  6. I would love both Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2, but if one were going to happen, it would be Starcraft 2. I might just have a horrible memory, but I think it's older, which makes it more likely to begin with. Also, WoW fills up the online RPG slot pretty nicely, even if it doesn't do it as well as Diablo could. Furthermore, I believe the people in charge of Diablo II left Blizzard and are working on a new MMO, but I forgot the name.
  7. All weapons would be kept in the hands of the military. Everything would be regulated and under control. Supply would always meet demand. Bloodsports would be approved and mainstream, because deep down, it's what people want. Space travel and/or colonization would not continue until we've fixed this planet. Or maybe just kill everyone. That'd be a lot easier.
  8. I can't say I support them, that's for sure. It's appalling that they want us to pay for something like horse armor. Especially with Oblivion, the Elder Scroll series really caught on with Morrowind because of its modding community and the easy to use construction kit. I haven't looked into it in a while, but Oblivion didn't ship with a construction kit. This other stuff you listed, too. Faster load times? If they can make my game load faster they should just do it, not make me pay for it. What the hell? Same with extra endings. Soundtracks I could understand costing money. In a way is still kind of feels like a ripoff, but they've been sold separately for the price of a music CD for some time now. Of course, if it's just an in-game soundtrack, like a test feature, than no, that's bullshit.
  9. Narrator: In A.D. 2101, war was beginning. Captain: What happen ? Mechanic: Somebody set up us the bomb. Operator: We get signal. Captain: What ! Operator: Main screen turn on. Captain: It's you !! CATS: How are you gentlemen !! CATS: All your base are belong to us. CATS: You are on the way to destruction. Captain: What you say !! CATS: You have no chance to survive make your time. CATS: Ha Ha Ha Ha .... Operator: Captain !! * Captain: Take off every 'Zig' !! Captain: You know what you doing. Captain: Move 'Zig'. Captain: For great justice.
  10. Brace yourselves for the greatest electronica ever to grace your ears.
  11. You'll occasionally hear people talk about how precious life is, usually in abortion discussions, but is it really? It only takes nine months to make a new life, we do it by accident all the time, and if we have six billion people, and one dies, we still have six billion people.
  12. My friends are included when you refer to my parents? Creepy. My parents (not including my friends) were against the idea at first, my dad especially. Even though they were against it though, they weren't going to stop me, and weren't appalled or anything after I went through with it. They've been supportive of just about everything I've tried to squeeze money out of since. My mom supporting everything, and my dad constantly bugging me about going to school and/or getting a job. It really is amazing how many plans can fail in a few years, though, sheesh. When my friends found out, I think they suddenly saw it as an option for themselves. In the end all of them graduated and went to college, but they complain about it, and see things the same way I do for the most part. One of my friends, probably the smartest schoolwise, doesn't even know what he's going for right now. He's only there because he felt pressured by his older and much more traditional parents. One friend that I met after the fact dropped out of school himself. He's currently employed at...uh...someplace just typing stuff. It seemed like a good idea for a job from where I stood, but it's nowhere near here, and I wasn't confident enough that I could live out there on my own. Finding a roommate failed after my friend dropped off the earth for a month or two. I'm really getting sidetracked here though. Also, let it be said that I have yet to regret my actions. Nothing has appeared that would cause me to change my mind about what I did.
  13. How long ago did you drop out of high school? I'd at least recommend getting your GED. It's been a while, but I have a pretty bad sense of time myself, so I don't remember exactly when. Might be for the same reasons as listed in the thread. I got my GED shortly after though. I'd like to think I'm not stupid, so I figured it'd be a quick test and I could be on my way, unlike finishing High School, which would've been at least a year, if not more, of solid work. I was right, too, it was easy crap. Well if you have your GED, then find a major, go to college, and get on with your life. You don't want to be stuck in this limbo forever. The older you get, the harder it will become. Don't ever forget that! I'm in the "finding a major" part as we speak. Coming up shortly after are the finding a college, finding money, finding out how to get to the college, and other assorted problems.
  14. Wow, you played with REO? I'd like to know the story. Intrigue us! Well when I was 16 ...btw that is when I met my wife. I was dating this girl that was a neice of Renfro. Well REO was scheduled to play in Indy in about 2 weeks. I was about 4 years into playing guitar at the time. She said she could hook me up with them to play at a tune up or practice as they called it back then. Well I go sick as hell on the night before the concert so I missed the chance or at least I thought so. I attended the concert on the day of it and was asked by the bouncers or security at that time that REO wanted to talk to me. Hell I was only 16 and thought no way but true they talked to me and wanted to come by my parents place at the time next day to talk more. Well my parents hated rock n roll so I though this is not gonna work. I then thought why not my best friends place where we had a many party and he was a fairly good drummer. So me and my best friend at the time ended up jamming with REO for over 2 hours at his parents house all thanks to my girlfriend at the time that dumped me for another. Very cool, man.

  16. I don't know how you guys can trust these private trackers. Do you truly believe only the select few people who are not law enforcement can join these trackers? If you can, they can too! I didn't join it because I trust them. I joined it because they had what I was looking for and then some. The fact that it's a limited number of people at least helps a bit.
  17. I don't think I can choose a best. I can only list good ones. Street Fighter 2 is an excellent start. Some of the music, and especially some remixes, from the Silent Hill series are up there, too. Also, some of my favorite music is from the Command and Conquer series, but all of that's been listed already. Other soundtracks I love include, Zombies ate my Neighbors, Megaman X, and Advance Wars. Also, specific tracks from certain games are of great quality, too. Don't Cry Jennifer and Kerosene from Clock Tower. Suburbia A from The Lawnmower Man. Stage One from Faceball. But hell, I could go on like that for a while.
  18. So basically you're saying that music DOES suck these days. Am I not correct? Most of the time it does, but that's just my opinion. It's obviously not just your opinion, as I don't think anyone in the thread has disagreed yet, though it certainly an opinion.
  19. I get anything recent I want to pirate from other people. Older music I pull off of crappy P2P programs, and older games I get from a private torrent tracker. I use torrents for other stuff, too, but I'm not worried about that, it's all relatively legal.
  20. Not against cocaine? That drug ages the hell out of you. Look at the before and after pictures of Jean Claude Van Damme, Whitney Houston, or any other celebrity for that matter who has inflicted themselves with that garbage. Yeah, well, I ain't using it, and I'm not telling anyone else to use it. I still believe it's a person's choice, even if it kills them. The argument could be (and has been) made that drugs saturating popular music influences people into using them and indirectly causes death, though.
  21. I actually dropped out of High School because all the paths I saw extending from any sort of diploma or degree looked dismal and grim. So now, after trying numerous other ways to make money, I sit in front of my computer bored to death trying to think of what to do next. As you might imagine, this hasn't created a whole lot of new memories for me, either. I never placed much worth in memories though, because my memory is so poor. I try to focus on enjoying myself now rather than trying to remember how great it was then. As stated, I'm failing, but I tried! Since I'm such a young chap, I think I'm qualified to give you the kid's view of manners, too. There's no point to them. I could say please before everything, sure, but I shouldn't have to. I think the small favors one would generally use the term please in front of should be performed without reward. So long as everyone does that, everyone is even, manners like that aren't important. Nothing else even comes to mind at the moment, so maybe I'm just a horrible person, but 'eh. Good riddance.
  22. No arguments there. From my viewpoint, I feel I have the knowledge to openly insult modern "punk rock". It's a bunch of little bitches complaining that their parents didn't feed them enough or some crap . And if the "music" you found in rap music these days wasn't repulsive enough, it's all about being a thug. Hos and coke, the lot of it. Not that I'm against cocaine, but there's a limit to how many different songs you can write about the stuff.
