you do know that if you're on dsl you have to limit your upload rate by at least 5kb/s to get a propper download rate right? If you lower it down by 6kb/s or more more, then that's just dirty leeching. I have my max rate set to about 25kb/s out of 30kb/s

Worse yet, everyone who isn't in drama is on some sort of drug, and they all have cell phones, for what reason I don't know. And they're all racist. I hate to put it this way but you guys got.... why? for simple reasons.... 1)you can make just about any game appear on the nebula list as "working" as long as you edit the dat files. In this case, they put it in all the data information for kof2003bf or whatever, which means the cartridge number, the crc's for each rom file, etc, etc. It doesn't necessarily mean you can play the game 2)premethium, you didn't have to download different rom sets, you could've easily opened up the kof2002 or whatever dat file, change some crc's and it would've supported your set 3)if you wanted kof2003 to work on nebula period you'd need to put in the new banking in the source code but there's no way anyone can do that because nebula is closed source but it is open driver. ...I don't think a loader or hacking would've done much of a job either, so in this case, you'll have to wait ultil 2007 or 2008 to play kof2003 on nebula.(yeah, I know El Semi has a 1 year rule, but he's not even following that cause if he was kof2002, etc, etc would be supported) Unless maybe the developer version is leaked some how, but I doubt it'll happen. unless El Semi turns it into an open source project, you guys are gonna wait a long long time

I want both discs of Biohazard 2, cause I have Biohazard 1 and 3, but I've never been able to find 2 yes, I am talking about the Resident Evil games in japanese other games I want are: The japanese version of Metal Gear Solid, and the japanese version of Tenchu (I know there's that one code, but it doesn't work on all the levels and it's a lot different than the script in english)

I myself either wear my black and white addidas that I bought more than 3yrs ago, or I wear my 1 yr old combat creepers that I bought from Spookyboutique. these are the combat creepers ....idk, I had a lot of money and I didn't know what to do with it so I said, ey, what the hell? (they costed about $96) anyways, they don't have the platforms on em anymore cause they were hollow and that fuucked everything up, so I took em to a local store where they fix leather boots, etc. The platforms were removed, and I got something with a heal(no, not a high heal) and idk, just something to make em seem more combat like (hell, with the platforms, it looks like the only thing I'd be combating would be one of the spice girls )...soo..yeah, an extra $55, but I guess it was kinda worth it because I really do like em and even though they're all worn out and stuff I still wear em btw, the ones I got are the patent leather ones(the ones that are all shiny) to answer the question, for now, I'm not thinking of buying anything new to go on my feet ......so for me, it's like....I'll see something that I like and buy it, and make em last a long time. Unlike some ppl who'd rather just buy whatever is new each time they have money and end up spending more than half their pay check on foot wear

turning up the refresh rate on your comp might help get rid of it too
